House location: Downtown Phoenix Garfield Historic District.

Details: 3-bedroom 2 bath with RV parking (for smaller RV).
I can show the house before renting however you will need to verify yourself first (I will do the same)
Travel Nurses (I am a nurse and I know we have to have stringent checks) so I do not need to do background check but will need to see travel contract.
Others will will need background check, Credit Check, Verify Income and sign a rental contract.
Please note my goal is to make you happy but at the same time after being a property manager for many years I have seen places get trashed.

I will pay for background and credit check after you move in.
The company I use since you run your own credit and send it to me it does not ding your credit.

Black out Curtains if you are a nightshift worker (curtain on inside and outside).
House is fully stocked with linens, towels, coffee maker, cleaning supplies etc ready to move in.
I have one couch.
