Absolutely horrible management here. Not only are there shootings, and kids running around egging cars all the time. The management just simply does not care about your well being. Our fridge had gone out (we called them when it was making a noise saying we think it's gonna go out) we called the front office, all day long leaving voicemails and emails. Finally got ahold of emergency maintenance for him to come out and tell us he didn't have time to get to it, and he didn't know what to tell us about our $200 worth of food that spoiled. The front office has still yet to return our calls or emails a day later, and the fridge is still broken. This is certainly not the first time we've had issues with the front office, which makes it even more aggravating. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENNANTS. My wife and I have already filed consumer reports with the Texas attorney general and will be leaving here as soon as allowed. If you value your family and sanity, do not move in here. Or ANY Roscoe property. They're absolute scammers. If I could give 0 stars I would.
