This place is so nasty and disgusting me and my wife rented from these people a little while back and nasty and gross is all I can say maintenance is a joke they take forever to fix something even though they have 50 guys supposedly working there at first glance they might fool you into thinking they look ok but ounce your in your screwed because trashy neighbors the halls always smell of cigarettes and marijuana and other things the management is the real joke the one asst manager jerri is a lying backstabbing b**** shell make u think she's all nice till you need something then you will see her true colors and the manager kevin we'll the only thing he's good at is dancing 2 Madonna in the office and riding on his little golf cart when he could really use the walk and he's hateful rude and incompetent at best but if you threaten him your going over his head 2 the owners he just laughs at you because we found out him and the owners son have a very odd and special relationship if you no what I mean and trust me don't put your kids in danger these apartments are very very creepy so please there are so many.nice places in Oregon oh find anywhere else for your kids and wife's sake

Kevin got me approved a few years back when I had a lot going on. The staff has always been amazingly courteous, and Ive never had any problems. Would highly recommend. Police monitor the complex to assure things are safe, and overall its a good community. !!
Nice, clean, well-taken care of apartments. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Plus, paying rent through their website makes the first of the month so much easier!
Lived here a full year and loved it the staff is nice. If i didnt have to move due to work i would still live there.

The managers Kevin and Jeri tricked me and my husband Brian into moving in the 3 story apt which I told them my husband has health issues and couldn't do stairs. They didn't listen to us. The apt they put us in was not clean and when we would go to sleep we would be woke up hearing our trash can being knocked down and the closet doors opening on their own. It is very creepy and the managers are very rude. I don't appreciate it. Me and my husband are happy to be away from them. Nice families should go apply for another apt and not Piccadilly East apt. These apts are creepy and the hallways stink. Please don't apply here!

This place is not worthy of one star the mngmt shows u one apt then sticks u in another i have several health problems and the manager kevin stuck me in a 3rd story bldng anyways and the apt was not cleaned at all before me and my wife moved in and when we tried 2 ask him about it he got defensive and said his cleaning people were there for 2 days cleaning wich is obsered it dont take 2 days 2 clean an empty apt then the apt 197 he put us in on several occasions when me and my wife went 2 sleep we would be awaken with the closet doors being ripped open and the trash can kicked across the living room and the guy who paints the apts and his girlfreind told us about several occasions where things would happen like that and if u try and go 2 kevin or jerri the managers they just say oh well u cant move apts because u signed a lease and if u tell kevin ur going over his head he just laugphs because him and the owners son have a very special freindship and most of the hallways smell of pot most the time so if u like ghost and drugs and filth please move in but if u want a safe place and quiet place for ur family consider anywhere else thx

No big amenities like you might find is more expensive unit though there is a YMCA within walking distance (can see it from the apartments).
Close shopping area along Route 2/Navaree Ave. Close to Pierson Park, Drive-in, good school district with Cardinal Stritch within walking distance.
Would not want to live my entire life here, but for someone starting out, or starting out with crushing student loan debt, it's the best I've found in Toledo.

I lived in this place for a year. It was cheap and safe compare to other neighborhoods in Toledo. It is minutes away from 280 and is Ideal if you have a car. There is no bus stop around. I especially liked the scenery. It has a great sky.
