We are excited that you and your pet have decided to make your new home at an Avantic Community! The following guidelines have been established to ensure a smooth transition into your new home. Please arrange an appointment with our office team to meet your pet prior to moving in.
Your pet’s veterinarian vaccination record will need to be submitted prior to your move in date. A pet addendum will be filled out and executed as part of your lease agreement. A maximum of 2 pets may reside in your apartment home.

BREED RESTRICTIONS:
Pure bred and or any mixed form of the breeds listed below are currently restricted at our community; Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher ,German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler Breeds.
