That clubhouse is the only thing worth anything here. The staff is unprofessional. I'm writing this review because the office/clubhouse is so far one hour and nine minutes late to be opened. Ad I really wanted to swim.

I lived there for a year with my friend, the very first night we went out we got called on because our dogs were barking...but yet when i called and complained about the people upstairs at 2am being loud and letting their 2 year old jump and scream that late nothing got done about it...I HAD TO GO TELL THEM MANY TIMES to stop...also, our fridge had mold in it. They figured super gluing the rack in would help, no... it fell apart. Our window wouldn't stay open in the living room, had to prop it with a broom. Laundry room door was never replaced like they said would happen. My room had no heat or air come through the vent. My car and my roommates car was broken into many times, along with a few others. I think the only thing i enjoyed about that place was the damn indoor pool..I have yet to have a good experience with any apartments i have lived in.

I've lived all over and this is by far one of the worst places I've lived. Their "resort style living" stops and ends at the clubhouse. To start, the rent they charged for the apartment I was in was ridiculously overpriced. I was paying close to $800 for the size of a shoebox that couldn't get a couch through the door. I chose the 3rd floor thinking I wouldn't have much noise from my neighbors but I was wrong. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear the conversation my neighbor(s) were having through the walls. Secondly, for the rent they charge, you'd think they could get some updated appliances or at least a microwave that could fit a dinner plate. Third, I'm only 5'3 and I could barely fit under the shower head, and after multiple maintence requests to get a noise in the shower fixed, it never got done. I think they came once and didn't get the problem fixed.The entryways are ridiculously small - good luck trying to carry in groceries if you have an excited pet trying to greet you on the stairs. Also, the lack of storage is ridiculous. You would never know I tried to unpack because I had no place to put the stuff. My bedroom barely fit a queen size bed and a dresser and thank god I couldn't get a couch through the door because the living room became my storage unit. There's a shelf and small cabinet in the bathroom and a small unit outside on the porch, but good luck after that. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were pet friendly - although what they charged for you to keep your pet is ridiculous. I get fining people to keep them accountable for potty pick up, but they went overboard with all of their pet requirements. Finally, while the ladies in the office were nice, they'll call you multiple times a week. They must have called me at least 3x a week because they wanted to know when my dog (who I paid the deposit and pet rent for but was still at my parents house) was going to come. Then they called everyday for a week straight about a piece of mail or something that got sent to their office instead of my mailbox. It was always something they were calling about. They seem more like babysitters and micro managers than apartment managers. Last but not least, while there is adequate parking, good luck with traffic when the cheerleading building next door has practice. Traffic is everywhere and drivers don't pay attention - my dog and I were almost hit on numerous occasions because people were either driving too fast or just not paying attention. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

EDIT: Its been about a year since I lived here. I let them know well in advance I was leaving and provided a note saying I had medical issues and needed to leave. My move out was awful, they tried to stop me saying that I hadn't talked to anyone when I had walked in and talked to Charlene (I believe that's her name) in the office and she never followed though with her end. They said the medical note was all I needed and my security deposit would be forfeited which I was totally fine with. It is now almost a year later and I found out they never honored that agreement and sent everything to collections for over 5 grand. I was NEVER contacted by them or any agency to settle this. After speaking with the agent, she said they never received anything which is completely false since I have email correspondence with them. They do NOT honor medical notes and do not follow the laws in place by the ADA. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Unethical and money hungry. I have just moved in but I love this apartment complex. We moved in to a 2nd floor apartment and we did not have any trouble getting stuff in to the apartment. The staff all seems really friendly. They made sure to tell me to be thorough on the move in check list and that anything that was not on there could be subject to charges when we moved out. I think that is reasonable because they need to know what is there and what you cause. Once we finished the check list I took it in and they asked me what needed to be fixed and then maintenance was out the next day. They are super pet friendly. Yes, they do have a large pet deposit. But most places do and there pet rent is reasonable. The apartment are on the smaller side but there is so much storage. The closets are huge. I love the layout of the kitchen it has so much space for a small area. The clubhouse is awesome. There are so many things to do. And they love to see people come in and use it. It is very clean and well maintained. The pool is awesome and I could not say enough good things about the hot tub. Over all an awesome experience.

DO NOT STEP FOOT HERE. These are the biggest slum landlords I've ever encountered. Their club house is gorgeous but it stops there. I paid 700 dollars a month for a 530 square foot apartment (not including pet rent) I now have to pay 405 dollars for carpet damages for my pets. I paid a non refundable pet fee of 300 dollars upon moving in, and 40 a month for 2 pets. These fees don't cover pet damages just for your pets to "live" there. Which is a complete rip off. The staff act like they're so above you and will never work with you or admit their wrong doings. They try to get people to give a positive review the first week you move in (you get rewarded for it-or bribed) before you realize how much they have ripped you off.

Moved in a week ago and the staff made this process extremely easy. The comolex is very dog friendly, they have a dog park and they did a great job making this a clean property as well with so many dogs. The clubhouse is great and I am excited to live here.

Please do not move in these apartments ESPECIALLY if you have dogs!! They have a program that you have to have your dog DNA tested, and then if they find a piece of poop they will charge you 200 dollars each pile. Really extreme. Also very small apartments for the price.This is the smallest apartment we have lived in, which is a two bedroom, and the electricity bill and heat bills have been over double the price of other apartments. Very poor insulation. Can hear people walking outside. In the winter you can feel a cold breeze through the wall. Told maintenance and nothing was done. Our apartment is "updated" but everything is very cheaply made. Our floors are extremely slanted in kitchen and bathroom. Worst apartment we have ever lived in by far. We have also had our car broken into, and someone also tried breaking into our garage. Stay away from these apartments!!!!

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in! I find myself not even sure where to start on this review, as the number of issues we had were ridiculous. First off, while some of the people that live there are nice people, there are way too many weirdos, criminals, and asses to outnumber the good ones. I saw the police outside of our building probably at least a dozen times over the 7 months we lived here and an ambulance probably about the same. Drunk neighbors during the middle of the day falling down and busting their face open, alleged drug dealer neighbors, fights in the upstairs apartment in the middle of the night... you name it. What did the management do about it? Not a damn thing. However, whenever one of our dogs would get upset during the day because someone made noise while we were gone we would get a noise complaint asking us to leave work and come home to quiet them down. As far as the quality of the apartments themselves... well they're just as bad. We moved in and did our checklist and noted that the carpet was literally threadbare in several places (we could see the tack strip and subfloor below) and that there were chips and scratches, etc. After we moved out, we get a bill in the mail for damaged and stained carpet. The pictures of the stains that they accused us of leaving were of the back of the carpet and the padding. So now we're expected to pull up the carpet and inspect it before taking possession of it? Not to mention the shower would constantly leak, they would "fix"it and it would break again within a week. Then they just stopped coming to fix it and said "oh geez I'm not sure what happened, just slipped through the cracks". Value wise... they're way too outdated and poorly kept for what they charge. I lived in Broadboor Hills and paid about $800 for a nice one bedroom apartment where they actually kept up the building. Here we paid $725 a month for an outdated, poorly kept apartment that lacked many of the amenities that we had at Broadmoor. The only reason that we lived here was because they were one of the few apartments that would accept our Dobermans while our house was being built. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. For those of you who have a choice, even if you're looking for a good value apartment complex... keep looking because this isn't it.

Overpriced, every week something is broken, nothing ever gets fixed right the first time. Had a mold problem in my laundry room, took them 2 months to finally "fix" it, and now mold is growing again. As for fix all they did was spray paint over it, I could still see the mold! We get random notices on our door for walking our dogs without a leash in the middle of the night. management is very shady and money hungry. For what we pay we could have a house and pay less on heat. I hate living here, don't ever move in.

I love my apartment and I been there almost 3 years! I LOVE the staff, and I have never had any major problems with neighbors. if I had any request for something to be fixed it was done with in a day or two :) as for these break ins people talk about, its going to happen anywhere you live, and I have not yet had a problem. love the place love the location and love the facilities they have to offer. :) Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part.

i have been here 6yrs and counting ! i plan to stay. a great place for my gran-children to come over, its like a vacation resort villa. i would like to see an idea for an outdoor pool someday, but other than that- they have , thee best apartment manager in omaha ! a wonderful person ! great staff, and the maint crew is awesome. i know that i can go to management with any problem, and rest assured,it will be handled, with professional authority. thank you, Paula & Staff sincerely, michael white sr
