Nothing wrong with my apartment but i moved out last month after i decided i wouldn't rent from them anymore. Since these new ppl have taken over in the front office it seems like they don't want to take care of their tenants but want the money. They "lose" or "misplace" rent on a monthly bases if it were my company i would think about hiring some new staff because Kerry and Tony just aren't cutting it. They never submit work orders when they say they are going to. Shannon and Ericka were doing a great job not sure why they got replaced by these obviously failed attempts at property managers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM unless you want to pay fees for their mistakes.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Most rude and unprofessional staff I've ever seen! We moved in and they took all our money and turned around and lost our lease and said "we have no record of you paying us anything or even living here." and we even had the receipts! They're still trying to back charge us for the security and pet deposit. After we lived here for a month the management changed and the new management tried showing our apartment because "they had no record of anyone in the unit" like for real? They have lost everything we have EVER given them. They've asked for pet records a total of five times now and they still say they need them cause they "must have misplaced them. Like, again? Really? Before we moved in we were shown a unit that needed work done to it and the management said it would be fixed before we moved in. Three months after we moved in they are just now fixing it and trying to accuse us of making the damages and trying to bill us! One of the things in question needing to be addressed is mold growing in the bathroom. I've brought it up several times and all they say is "well did it just start? Maybe you're causing it to grow by not leaving the bathroom fan on long enough" are you for real? It was there before we got here! One morning at about 10 AM I got in the shower and when I got out I ran to my car for something and noticed someone hit it and tore the whole back bumper off and just left! I immediately called the leasing office to report the incident and they wouldn't even so much as come look at it. They just said "there's really nothing we can do about it." And hung up. We haven't even been here long! You'd think we did something to them to deserve all this but all we did was trust them. It's horrific. The grounds keeper "Russell" follows ladies around when they are outside by themselves. It is very unsettling. I never go outside without my dogs for long periods of time. I shouldn't have to be scared like this. This should be my home but it's become nothing but a nightmare. He's tried to come up and talk to me and after I told him to please get away he was making me uncomfortable. He turned around and tried to make my life hell. He waits until I come home and puts tow notices on my car for no reason. He tried blaming me for all the dog poop everywhere when we ALWAYS clean it up. We moved in and there was already dog poop everywhere. Their "40lbs weight limit for dog" is a joke. There's big dogs everywhere. No one puts there dogs on leashes or picks up after them. If you want maintenance to come good luck. It'll be about a week if you get on there good side. People throw out old food off there balconies and it just sits on the grounds and grows mold and gets nasty. We live in a unit with open hallways and bugs accumulate like you wouldn't believe outside our door when it's nice out. Before winter started I went outside there door and there was five . Yes FIVE locusts outside my door. Can you imagine how loud that is? As well as beetles, ants, roaches, Grasshoppers. You name it. It's disgusting. I brang up the bug problem to the leasing office staff as well and the property manager Kerry simply said "well it's an outside hallways there's not much we can do. There's no point in spraying for bugs." Seriously. Can't make this stuff up. Overall a absolutely horrible place to live. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

Dont bother talking to the property manager as she thinks shes above everyone else. Dont ever rent from here as You will most definitely lose money.
