Hi, I am looking to sublet or lease takeover my apartment for the Spring 2022 semester. Move in can be anytime during December, first payment will be due in January. Lease will end August 15. Furniture is included but obviously my items in the pictures are not. Furniture includes: a couch, a living room table, a TV stand, an end table, a desk, a bed, and a bedside table. Four drawers come as well. Mine are pictured under my bed to save space. There is a closet and a good size bathroom. Bedroom is carpeted. Blinds need replacing but I will do this prior to your move in. Trash chute is right down the hall, the gym and pool are located in the apartment complex.
This apartment is right next to Xaviers campus- walkable distance- and very close to multiple gas stations, a Kroger, the bus stop, and more.
