I have lived at University Station for almost a year and I can honestly say that I really enjoy it. These apartments are not the "typical" college living. All though there are some issues sometimes, I have had great help from the apartment management to work with me to try and solve these issues. Every apartment complex is going to have some problems but the University Station staff is wonderful in problem solving and in their customer care. The amenities are great in the complex as well. For my first apartment I am very pleased for what University Station had to offer. I am going to miss it when I have to move out

Although there are some problems, these apartments are still so much nicer than typical college apartment buildings. The staff is very helpful with questions. Allison, a leasing consultant, is very helpful and knows what shes doing when talking to residents.

Having worked at University Station Apartments for 2 years, now serving as the Assistant Manager of the Property, I would say there is no other place I would rather work. The Residents are fantastic and fun to get to know, and the staff here is amazingly hard-working and genuinely cares. The amenities coupled with the proximity to local shops, restaurants, and Xavier University make University Station an extremely convenient apartment home for anyone!

I've been the Property Manager at University Station for a little under 2 years now and I can honestly say that the staff works very hard to meet the needs of all of our residents. We also have some great residents that live on the property that make everything about University Station awesome. The proximity to campus is wonderful, making it easy for people to make it to class on time. On top of the amenities that we offer, there are some great businesses that are apart of the property as well. I can literally walk to Starbucks before I start work every morning, which is super convenient. The atmosphere of the property is great as a lot of the residents don't just know each other, but are great friends making it a fun place to live.

This facility is meant for college students. Although everything looks spectacular it wasn't built big enough in some rooms and many things break easily. Service is kind however not very prompt. Overall, not a bad place to live but know what you're getting into before you make a final decision.

I broke my lease with campus to live here as a sophomore and probably the best decisions I made. I can cook my own food and there is a 24 hr gym. you pay a lot to live here but it's pretty nice compared to other options.

Some of my friends live at University Station, and go to UC. It is on Xavier's campus but it is still a good place to live because its not that far away from Clifton. I also used to work there as a leasing consultant, which was an awesome job. Sad that I graduated and moved away. Still an awesome place to live or work at.

I lived in Ustation the first two years that it was open. I really liked living there because it was a pretty cool environment and was right off of campus. It is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. It included all of the furniture, kitchen appliances, and W/D. We had a 4bed, and were able to throw some pretty cool parties! Overall, Ustation was an awesome edition to my college experience.

I am from out of state and attend Xavier University. University Station has been a great home away from home for me for the last year. It is a 5 minute walk to/from campus and it is a very nice building. My apartment is fully furnished and I have my own washer and dryer - which totally beats doing laundry elsewhere! As far as convenience is concerned, this is probably the best living option that I could have while I attend Xavier. I even was able to start working here as a leasing consultant, so not only am I living and working in the same building, but I am able to walk to school and everywhere else I need to go!

I live and work here and like the convenience of U Station being walking distance from Xavier. I've lived here since my sophomore year and it is much nicer than any of my on campus options are. I specifically like that the apartments are modern and come furnished.

I currently live at ustation and haven't had any issues. The office has been very helpful and maintenance is normally pretty timely. There is one treadmill down, but I think it's more important to me to have the issues resolved in my apartment first(which they have been). I'm a senior so I'll be moving out this year, only because I'm moving back home, if I wasn't I would switch to a 1 bedroom.

I love the close proximity to Xavier University and the modern appliances and "feel" to the apartment. However, I have had serious maintenance issues that cannot be overlooked. My washing machine was broken for the first 2 months I lived here. It would destroy clothing during the spin cycle and was incredibly loud. After one incident of my clothes ripping, I immediately notified the office and the issue was not resolved until 2 months later. Our wifi signal was incredibly weak and the 4 people who lived there often could not be on the internet all at the same time. This was finally solved after multiple attempts to get someone to listen to us. Currently, our cable is not functional and has been this way for a few weeks. I have been told that the issue will be resolved either tomorrow or Monday (fingers crossed). However, I am not optimistic because I have been told that the issue will be fixed several times and yet we still have no functioning cable. Overall, the staff is relatively nice and seems to do their best in getting the issues resolved. The main issue seems to be that management changes every few months and when it changes, I feel like my issues get ignored. I do enjoy living there, for the most part, but if you are moving in be aware that you need to be very aggressive about getting issues resolved. Otherwise, they will likely be ignored for extended periods of time.

I have had a wonderful experience with University Station. It's a beautiful place to live, and unlike the other reviews, I think the staff are great! Two in particular, Kahley and Casey, have been so helpful and kind with everything. I highly recommend living here.

I honestly had a great experience at U station. Although I did have some maintenance issues with our washer, the staff and janitors were so helpful. Everyone made my roommates and I feel like we are important, not to mention, the resident events were great opportunities for free stuff! I miss living in such a nice apartment. Thank you so much!

I had a few issues with some of the staff members when trying to get information on an apartment over the phone, but finally was put through to a very nice girl who was able to answer any of my questions and was very helpful. The location is very convenient and the rooms are nice from what I have seen. I'm very excited to live there next year.
