Cypress Oaks Condo - Welcome to the Glen Oaks Professional Condo.

This is a terrific community that offers more amenities than any other condo complex in the area. There are pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a large clubhouse, and walking paths.

You are also walking distance to the grocery store, shopping, and even a Dairy Queen! The condo is one minute from the convenience of everything the Berlin Turnpike offers. Rt. 9, I-84, I-91 are only minutes away. Hartford is 10 minutes away. This is a very convenient central Hartford County location.

This townhouse has been very well cared for by the owner. The best part of the condo is how spacious the unit is. It has three floors of living space.

The lower level is wood paneled and makes a great tv room, game room, or work out area. There is even a separate refrigerator and freezer built into the space for extra food/drink storage.

The best use of this bonus space could be a third bedroom or guest space.

The washer and dryer are included with the rental and are also located on this level.

On the main level there is a nice separation of rooms -- There is a separate dining room in the front of the condo that leads right into the galley kitchen. The kitchen comes with all the appliances including a disposal, microwave, and a new stainless-steel dishwasher. There is a gas stove for those that love cooking with gas!

As you walk to the back of the condo there is half bath off the hallway. In the back of the condo is the bright living room which gets a lot of natural light from the sliders to the deck. The focal point of this room is the wood fireplace, but it also has a good flow from the kitchen and deck.

This unit backs to the tennis courts, which adds privacy to your living room and deck compared to most units there that back to each other.

The second floor has two good size bedrooms. The master bedroom is in the front of the condo and has a large walk-in closet. The room is big enough for king size bed.

The second bedroom is on the other side. The full bathroom with an easy to clean fiberglass tub/shower is between the bedrooms. This creates a nice separation of bedrooms in a roommate situation.

Please keep in mind we have a strict application process that focuses heavily on credit. There is a minimum of a 675+ credit score. There is also a background, and employment/income verification. One month security required with a strong application. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenant is responsible for electric, gas (stove, hot water, heat), and water. Owner pays condo fees. All snow removal and landscaping is included in the rent. The tenant has full privileges and use of the amenities at Glen Oaks. The condo comes with central air and efficient natural gas heat.
