The building is well maintained and gorgeous. Ava High Line is trendy and chic. What makes it invaluable to me is the staff. Absolutely amazing team!! They make it feel like "home." For the 8 years I've lived here, Hector, Chris, Josh, Gerald, Martin, & Darrell always greet residents with a warm smile and "Welcome Home (resident name)." The best guys in the world to have a chat with. Any issues I have with my apartment or community areas are addressed immediately. The maintenance team is outstanding also. Jose has done an amazing job. Great amenities in a thriving community. I highly recommend Ava High Line.

I absolutely love living here, amenities are great always clean and the staff is always super helpful and friendly and always thinking of little extra thing to make holidays special. The apartments are modern and pet friendly and our street is quiet yet near everything. I would recommend this building.
