From the first day; I visited the M On Hennepin and met Margaret and Lauren, I had a very good feeling that this was where I wanted to live. After my tour, I had a number of questions that I emailed over to them. It never took more than an hour or so to receive replies back. Their professionalism was and continues to be of the highest caliber. This level of service continued right through the move in. They coordinated with me to insure that the move in was seamless and ran smooth. Since that time; the "M Team" consisting of David (maintenance tech), Jake (Bldg Mgr) and of course; Margaret and Lauren have made life here pleasant and easy. I can honestly say; that this has been the best experience I have ever had in any community that I have lived in here in the Twin Cities. I would very much recommend the M on Hennepin to anyone who is looking for a high end living experience. - Jeffrey Gangel

There are thousands of new apartments in Northeast Minneapolis, but only one M on Hennepin. I chose this for my home for two reasons. An amazing location for this smaller, historic building, and Margaret, my leasing agent! My only criticism? Stop answering my emails after business hours Margaret - so responsive :) Seriously though, great personal service from Margaret, a perfect location nearly in the river, a great view from my place (downtown skyline and Our Lady of Lourdes), and a really cute layout with high ceilings makes The M just right!
Great place to live!
Love living here. The building is always very clean, great location. The staff is outstanding and gets back to you immediately. Highly recommend!
