I lived here for nearly 5 years, and enjoyed being so close to the action (and the cheap curbside parking!), but I felt like the constant rotation of office staff made it difficult to maintain relationships that helped me and my neighbors feeling like a community. We were sad to leave, but it was time to get a yard for the dog.

Location Location Location! very similar to a New york (west-side) style apartment, minus the full-service with a doorman. There is a neat little corner deli/convenience store that is connected to the building that residents can FOB into for a quick bite or the grocery store lunds that is about 3 blocks away. The building itself is clean and the cleaners seem to now come the day after a twins game or a major concert event to clean. It really is about the only time you may hear noise in the halls, but nothing rowdy. The walls are extremely thick and I didnt even know I had children living by me so, its very quiet. What is not quiet is people on the street. You may be able to hear almost everything in a conversation between people talking outside your unit. So, I'm assuming its the windows that are the issue. Additionally, the apartment company has never been by to clean them from the outside since I've been here. Maintenance gentlemen are great! professional, competent, and very efficient if something should arise. You will need your own washer/dryer or The leasing company will rent you a washer/dryer for 50.00 a month.You may want to buy some liquid water softner so, you are not using a ton of soap. There is storage available that is on-site, temperature control, and you can even get one close to your unit, on the same floor, but I'm not certain on the fee . Community Manager has changed, and things seem to be going smoothly. Big plus, no 8pm on a friday night call about your account and then never hearing about it again. Very odd behavior from the former community manager :^/ . The assistants are very nice. A very delightful place to live.

I've lived here for just over a year, and now I can't wait to get out of here. Cars and bicycles have been stolen out of the parking garage, which have running security cameras that you can view on your tv in your apartment, but the front office doesn't record any of, so if you wanted to see who stole your stuff, you're SOL. Once you get into the building, you can easily get to any floor, so thieves are free to wander about the building. A brand new media room was put together for the residents, with two nice flat panel tvs, but the tvs were stolen in the early hours of the morning. UPS delivered some packages to my doorstep, and the doorsteps of a number of other residents on December 24th, and all packages were stolen. Staff is really nice, but for what you pay in rent, security should be increased. Some college kids live here, so they come home between 2 and 3 am, are loud, blare music, etc. Sometimes between 2 and 3 am someone pulls the fire alarm, which is the loudest thing I've ever heard - I may have even suffered hearing loss because of it. Live here at your own risk.
