Historic Thompson Flats Studio Apartment by Loring Park - The Thompson Flats were built in 1900. We fully renovated all 12 apartments in 2018 while preserving their unique historic character. Each apartment has individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and refinished hardwood floors and woodwork. We installed new bathrooms with in-floor ceramic tile heat, new kitchens with granite counters, Marvin thermal windows, and energy efficient LED lighting. Apartment 33 includes a built-in gas fireplace The Thompson Flats are located across the street from the Basilica and a half block from Loring Park. There is an additional charge of $40 per month for the apartment's dedicated Wi-Fi internet service from the building's US Internet fiber connection and trash. Ramp parking is available for $100 per month.
