Elevator often down, no access to patio on roof (posted notices stating you will be evicted if you try to access it), washers and dryers break down a lot, the billing for utilities is divided by unit and not by number of tenants. The one thing this building has going for it is the location.

Nice place if you don't need an elevator. Seriously the elevator has been down about half of the nine months I've lived here. They fix it, it breaks again and they just leave it broken for days without saying anything about it. Even when it's working it doesn't come half the time because of the crappy old doors that don't close. I think they're trying to market this place as a trendy downtown apartment building, which they could do if it wasn't for the elevator. Well to do millennial don't pay top dollar for buildings with an elevator like this one has.
