There is TONS of complimentary storage in the basement, as well as a bar! Laundry machines owned by upper tenants who have agreed to share. Monthly rent of $1740 includes two outdoor parking spaces (a $260-value!) behind the property. [pet-friendly with restrictions- please inquire]
