I lived at Rhythm from September 2020-March 2021 and I loved it! Move-in and Move-out were super easy, and throughout my time as a resident the management was awesome. Paying rent is super easy, love that most utilities are covered with just a simple monthly fee, and maintenance issues were resolved super fast. Plus, everyone was just so kind and friendly to me and my dog! The location is perfect with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. The ONLY issue I had with the place was that the walls felt a little thin, so if my neighbors were being loud I could hear it pretty clearly, but the building residents are pretty respectful for the most part. I would definitely live here or in one of their other properties if I move back to Milwaukee again.

Hi I am a vender for Rhythm so I know the apartments inside and out! From the moment you walk in you will love this place! Amazing ambiance with fantastic seating in their shared area. With a full kitchen. Art work that you can buy from you local artist. Hallways are always clean and smells good! Thats a plus right?! I dont ever here the neighbors when Im in any of the units. So Ill say its pretty quiet here. Underground warm parking! Lets just say for downtown Milwaukee thats a must!

I was recently invited to do a pop up in the community area at Rhythm. The staff was kind and helpful, as were the residents I interacted with. It seems like a nice community in a great Milwaukee location. The areas of the building I saw were well maintained and filled with various amenities. Lots of cute dogs in the building too :)
