Was there looking yesterday and the leasing office was awesome They were informed, enthusiastic and friendly. They made an effort to make us feel welcomed. This seems like it should be the norm, but its not. We visited other properties and were just given papers , and we had to ask to see the units. Im glad to be able to call this property my new home soon.

I've been a resident here at Pala Mesa Apartments for about a year now and as a first time renter I can say this was a great place to start my rental history. The office staff are very welcoming and very informative there's nothing us residents are ever wondering about there's always notications about community events or maintenance. Speaking on community Pala Mesa make our community more then just a place to rent but they are very community oriented. Doing fun events such as movie night , complimentary breakfast or snacks and much more. There more on a person level then just being landlords. Also there maintenance team is wonderful professional and informative. They will fix anything without question no hassle they keep you up on unfinished work with out keeping u in the dark and are very respectful. I feel very comfortable and safe living her with my 2 daughters ages 3 years and 9 months plus my elder grandmother so this is a great community. Thank you Pala mesa.

They make sure you have what you need and their response time to any inquiries such as maintenance or general questions is super fast. Definitely put them on your list of places to live because they succeed in making it feel like home!
