Granite Trails Apartments (formerly known as Greengate Apartments) was purchased in the fall of 2015 and is undergoing a complete renovation.

The newly remodeled units feature beautiful thick granite counter tops, stainless steel under mount sinks, new lighting fixtures, and stainless steel appliances that give you the downtown condo finish without the downtown price.

Along with interior renovations we also have created a new fitness room and club room to use, remodeled the laundry rooms, entire exterior including garages, as well as new landscaping and rain gardens.

The newest upgrade that we are proud to announce is FREE High Speed IN HOME INTERNET. It's a dedicated fiber line that's direct to our building. Speed is partitioned so NO SLOW-DOWNS!

We are pet friendly and allow apartment friendly dogs up to 45 pounds and feature a spacious lot to walk your dogs.

For your safety and security no on-line applications will be processed until identification has been verified.

We do not accept rental assistance programs at this time for this property
