Had to move my daughter out of these apartments for the simple fact that management has no idea what they're doing or how to respectfully run a business. My daughter called the cops at 2:30am because 3 guys were banging on her windows and trying to break in her back door. When the cops came they were gone and we asked management to review cameras and check into the situation based on the fact that my daughter lives in a studio by herself and was scared to death of this incident. It took 2 days for them to call us back when we called everyday. When they called us back they said they dont have cameras in the back of the apartment and it was probably just some drunk college kids and they were sure it wouldn't happen again. AWFUL way to treat a resident who is paying as much as she is to live in an apartment that always smells like weed, has people passed out drunk and high on drugs in the common area our front and has people stealing tv's out of the gym areas and they arn't being replaced ( youre paying for those tv's to be in there in your rent). Awful management and I would highly recommend NOT living in these apartments if you want your children to be safe.

I'm looking for places to live in Mankato and I went in to check the place out a few weeks ago and got nothing but attitude for asking simple and normal questions that any tenant looking for a place for his family would ask. Don't remember who helped me exactly but the entire time I was looking I was thinking I feel like a burden for even asking to look at the place, she even rolled her eyes once!!! Will never go back or recommend to anyone to live there. Im very surprised anyone even lives there after seeing the way they treat people even on a tour! Also people drive their cars super fast on the roads at the location behind wow zone! Doesn't seem like a safe place to have kids!

Lived there a few years ago & just moved back with a friend who lives there. My experience was great. The staff is friendly and responded to my questions quickly and any maintenance was completed right away! I always see them out and about on the property during the day. That is super nice compared to some other places I've lived where they take FOREVER to fix things or just never do it at all. Nice quiet place that is well cared for, for a when you're over the college scene!

I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent here. The management is completely rude and doesn't take time out of their day to even try to hear you out about any problems you're facing in the apartment. Moved in and the carpet was torn up right by every bedroom door, smelled like cat pee (When they claim their carpets are new and clean) and also they post notes on your door saying they are coming in to change things whether you are home or not during certain times and would either never show up or show up outside of those hours. Very awkward when someone just walks into your apartment when you aren't expecting it. We lived on the bottom floor with a dog and multiple people would walk on the sidewalks provided and leave their dog poop in our area then we would get bitched at for it...? Very rude for accusing especially when it wasn't even our dog. At the end of our lease we got charged with an ENTIRE carpet replacement when there was only one section by the back door that needed it. But when we moved in the carpet was all ripped up and smelled like cat pee.... Makes no sense that we have to pay for an entire new carpet. They will also charge you for LITERALLY anything and everything. I cannot stress how awful and unhelpful management is. Especially Kellie. If you speak to her just beware that she will seem uninterested in what youre saying and just try to get the most money out of you as you can. Also dont even try to email Christa because shes 100 times worse and will make you feel like nothing you have to say matters. All and all worst place ive ever rented from and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

I have rarely have my concerns taken seriously and Ive never had a positive interaction (in person, phone, or email) with any one of the staff. This is very disappointing considering they have two on-site staff, an office manager and two property managers. Ive voiced a couple of concerns over my time here so far, all of which are ignored, or just explained to me that weve never had any problems with it, so this is how we do things. Maybe the reason management never has any problems is because they are notorious for ignoring their residents and sweeping their concerns under the rug. When communicating with staff I constantly hear the words Weve never had a problem [with it]. After having my concerns ignored consistently, I would probably stop voicing them as well, which I would assume is why they never have problems with anything . . . people know they are only going to be ignored, so whats the point of trying to voice a concern? There are times when I have walked by on the on-site office, and NEVER see the employees working. Their feet are up on the desks, and giggling. Ive witnessed this on more than one occasion. I can clearly see that this is why nothing ever gets done around here. Theyve hired a couple of chatty cathys to run the office. The hallways and lobby and never swept or vacuumed. These been a large dead bug on the same spot on the floor for almost the entire summer. Fitness room is not maintained and they have REFUSED to fix certain machines, by putting signs up that say I will NOT fix this machine again. Lazy. They say that they give reasonable notice regarding memos, however I have seen memos posted the day before the alarms go off, leaving residents a matter of minutes after getting home and viewing the flyer to schedule daycare or other plans for the next day, because taping flyers to the doors in the year 2017 is their ONLY METHOD OF COMMUNICATION WITH TENANTS! Forget about emailing, the only reason they dont send emails is because We find that many tenants ignore or delete emails, so those which are important go on the doors. Well who cares?! Let them delete their emails! Those are probably the same people who cant manage to pay their rent on time. I could go on, but for the purpose of keeping this short, those are the highlights. After voicing my concern about late-notice posting of flyers. I called the management office, only to get snapped at by a obnoxious very young inexperienced employee. Again, Ive rarelu had a positive experience with any one of the staff at Woodside or Connect Property Management. Every staff member Ive communicated with has been very condescending. They show absolutely no interest in addressing the concerns of their tenants. Even though their tenants pay them hundreds or even thousands of dollars each month, they are too set in their ways to have any interest in updating their methods of communication or changing the way that they do things to better serve their customers.

I have not lived here that long and so far I cannot stand how the management treats their tenants. They have been rude in person, through email and leave little handwritten angry notes all over our building. Its sickening and if i knew, i would not be renting from them. Especially since they illegally advertise a two bedroom with one of the rooms not having a window (fire hazard - unsafe!).

The apartments themselves are very nice with all new appliances and nice flooring. There is not very much upkeep with the apartment buildings including the hallways and stairways. The parking lot also has quite a bit of garbage and large potholes. There is not much included in the fitness centers: 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, and two weight machines. Right along the highway so there is noise in those buildings but it was easy to get used to. They seem understaffed but got back with our maintenance request in a reasonable amount of time.

Terrible management. Any complaints, whether it be about other tenants or the building, get shot down with a very basic "there's nothing we can do" type of response. Awful maintenance. When I first moved in my garage leaked every time it rained. Immediately contacted management to get it looked at, and it took weeks to get someone to look at it. Constant emails getting to get it fixed, but I received nothing but excuses. It got so bad that mold started growing on the sheet rock, then finally someone fixed it. Took over 2 months. The newer building that live in was very quickly and cheaply built. Any little noise from neighbors is audible. Lots of issues upon move in that weren't ever taken care of, and I've been here almost a year now. Missing tile in the floor, holes in the walls, stains on the floors. All was documented on the move in check list and turned over to management/maintenance, but never remedied.

They are strict with "rules and policies" but I assume they have to be with so many personalities they deal with everyday, overall I like renting here. Nice place to live and nothing bad to say about renting from Connect Property Management.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, unpleasant, rude. 1. The management building is a empty building attached to a warehouse hard to find. 2. They just took over management in eagle lake and the only thing they send out is a flyer with where to drop off rent. Not a welcome package nothing 3. they do not plow or shovel snow for several days which my special needs daughter has to have in order to get picked up for school, something Atwood was very good at making sure got done. 4.The agents or managers what ever title they give themselves there have no respect for tenants, they tape leaflets to doors saying they are going to enter ALL units for furnace inspection on a certain date and time regardless if the tenant is home or not, then they never even show up. 5. The email responses I personally received were degrading and disrespectful I just renewed my lease when under Atwood property management hoping to have the same great living experience, however I feel that with this management agency and the needs for my family and especially my handicapped daughter our best interests are not at the property management priorities instead they just want the rent checks and blame all mishaps so far on previous rental property management services passing the buck. When I encounter anyone looking to rent or buy I will strongly advise against connect real estate I work in customer service and they have no tack in dealing with people.

HORRIBLE management. I would never suggest anyone to live here. The management is the worst I have ever worked with. very very rude, say things that are different from the lease that was signed. I highly regret moving in here. The property has garbage all the time, hall ways are not clean. High crime apartment. Again, management doesn't really bat an eye. Suggestion- find a different place to live.
