I am a CPA in Audit, my spouse is a Financial Solutions Advisor (typical 9-5 jobs), both vegetarians, non-smokers, non-drinkers, and no pets at home (we got a small fish tank though). It is 1650 sq ft house, coming with full kitchen, dining room, lounge, half bathroom with washer/dryer on the 1st floor, full-bathroom and two bedrooms on the second floor. You will have an assigned free parking. Linden Sq buses at the end of the street going to Malden Centre/Sullivan Stations, we also have express buses to downtown. Walmart, Market Basket, BJs, CVS, shoppping centres, restaurants, fast food chains- all within 2-5 mins drive. Bike Route to Sullivan also two blocks away (great place for runners, bikers, "outdoorers"). Waitt's Mount to watch the entire boston at night is 5 mins drive, as well as Middlesex Fells Reservation. Internet Included. Assigned parking included. Trash and snow removal included. Electricity, gas, and water/sewer are split in half ($150-300 in total, depending on the season). 6 Month Lease through August 31, with an option to renew month-to month. Looking for a quiet, clean, and dependable person who does not have pets, does not smoke anything, does not drink alcohol at home or come home drunk, and who will not bring guests/friends over. First, last, and half-a month security deposit due to the landlord.
