The James is the most unhelpful place. If you want to speak to someone to register a complaint ....You are told to put it in writing. They will not fix any problems over the phone. In addition, the billing is often incorrect and to get anything fixed is nearly impossible. My daughter had to live weeks without a washing machine and dryer. I had to get involved for them finally to react and fix it. All they did was give my daughter lip service. Not impressed
