’m looking to sublet my massive room, it is available starting in February through the end of summer, but you can move in anytime in January. The room has a smaller room connected to it (all private), a walk in closet, and direct access to a big balcony on the front of the house. There are three giant windows on the main part of the room that give great natural light. The room is going to be a great study and living space for the spring semester. Even with a queen mattress, there is plenty of space in the main room for other furniture and amenities. You could fit a private couch and tv in this room if you so choose. I don’t have great pictures of the room, as I am not currently in Madison, but if you’re interested let me know and we can schedule a tour or I can drive up to take some better pictures.

The house has central heating and air, two bathrooms on the floor, a great tv and sound system, furnished living room, in-house laundry, and a panini press. The landlord is very responsive and quick when there is any repairs or maintenance needed. Please message me with any questions!
