Fantastic building! Very quiet and a great deal compared to other buildings downtown with similar quality apartments. It doesn't have any shared amenities other than underground parking, but you could buy 10 gym memberships with the amount of money you save per month on a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment compared so some of the other new buildings nearby. Short walk to busses on the square too. The management company is fairly responsive to maintenance requests too, which was nice compared to what I was used to when I lived in houses closer to campus. There was water leaking through the ceiling from a toilet above my apartment once and it was fixed the same day! No funny business with the deposit either, also refreshing after I had a company charge $100 to clean a spotless oven.
