I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and loved calling this home until this last year. Most of the residence now do not speak English and the cars in the parking lot are now mostly junk "loud cars". I do not have the same respect for this complex as I did when I moved in. It is a shame, this "was" a wonderful place to live, "was" is the key word in this sentence.

The apartment itself is nice since it is newer. It is about 25 minutes from Fort Knox. My opinion is Valley Farms is overpriced. If you pay what they ask you're better off getting a condo. The business center has a nice copier but 2 out of date computers. The fitness center has a stationary bike, 3 elliptical machines, and 2 treadmills that are never working correctly. Good luckgetting access because it is closed alot for "cleaning" (very frustrating) The assistant is very nice but the property manager can be rude. There are no community events. Kids like to play around the cars which can be dangerous. Valley Farms are close to shopping on Dixie Highway. If you're looking for something short term to live in consider Renasance at Saint Matthews or Greenview apartments (sorry for typos). They aren't as nice structerally as Valley Farms.They are about 200 dollars less per month and only add 10 to 15 minutes to your drive to Fort Knox. Kevin Ellis Building 10105 Laurent Way
