We love our home at RM. We were new to the area and new to apartment living after many years. They charged WAY too...
We love our home at RM. We were new to the area and new to apartment living after many years. They charged WAY too much for our deposit (our credit wasn't good, but our references and income were). Still, we paid the outrageous request and moved in. All that said, we really enjoy living here.
It's quiet. It's safe. (Number one requirement on our list when we were looking) and it's very spacious (9 foot ceilings). It's near everything we want to be near. Lacey runs a tight ship, which is good. The grounds are kept clean. The maintenance staff is top notch. Donny and his crew are great. Both Corey and Renee are personable and helpful.
The off site, contracted after-hours answering service however needs some serious work, as they don't listen and can be rude.
The amenities are nice but don't be dazzled by them as you can't use many of them after hours making it impossible for folks like me who work to take advantage of some of them (I.e. movie theater -- must be rented out, etc.) and the clubhouse they show you in all the pics is fairly useless to residents as it can't be rented and can't be used unless the office is open, which means using it for family gatherings on the weekend is totally out.
We have taken advantage of renting the hospitality suite a couple times for out of town family coming in and that has gone very well. Good rate and always clean and nice.
Overall, we are very happy with RM and plan to re-new our lease. We can highly recommend it if you're looking for safe, spacious, quiet, apartment living that feels more like a home in a great community.

good morning everyone.
this is the first review that i write and i hope the last. But i hope that the person in charge of this property reads this and considers a change to their business model. I should first say that the RM employees are great people but also can be rude. it was because management and unfair policies that we grew unhappy at this place and could mot wait to move.
i will not detail all the bad experiences, only the one that made me write this review. i just hope that you ask friends for advice if you are considering renting here.
during our inspection the RM employee told us that everything looked great and that the only concern that he had was the oven having some stains but other than that it looked great. but just today when i asked about my deposit i was told that instead i owed over $500 because the whole carpet had to be replaced due to "excessive" pet urine. The manager told us that it was everywhere which is not true because we kept our puppy in our room mostly and always steam cleaned the carpet after an incident. what surprised me the most is that they went ahead and replaced the carpet without even contacting us so that we could then get the opinion of a carpet specialist. that was very unprofessional and very deceitful.
they charge you a big fee for having a pet and on top you pay a monthly fee...you would think that that money would go towards the replacement of the carpet over a few years. i guess they expect you to not walk on it.
please do your research first before considering this place.
