I've lived at the Gramercy from June 2015 to April 2018 and have been very happy here. I read some of the other reviews. The owner, Ofir, has always been very friendly towards me. Management has also been friendly and accommodating and the few maintenance issues, I've had, have been fixed promptly. The elevators have always been easily available and I don't understand how the underground parking could have been an issue to anyone: there has always been plenty of spots. At one point, parking at the West side of the building was creating dangerous situations, but that was fixed when they banned parking there (and enforced the ban very well).
Personally, I've very much enjoyed the great fitness center, Holly's wonderful coffee shop, which always has had exceptional staff, the convenience of underground parking + elevators, and the great location for running along quiet, safe streets all the way to the mountains. The 3 nice restaurants (try out "Portion Control": they are great for healthy food!) in the complex are also very convenient.
The only annoyances, I've experienced, have been due to inconsiderate tenants, but you'll find those in any apartment complex: empty boxes piled up by the trash chute (under the "do not leave empty boxes" sign), irresponsible driving outside (speed bumps and an extra pedestrian crossing by the coffee shop would be welcome!), and the rare dog poo left in the hallways by loose dogs. I am just mentioning this not to sound like a bot: really, I'd highly recommend The Gramercy if you are willing to pay more for an extra safe place to live with amenities that are very hard to find outside of the Strip (where I wouldn't want to live myself!).
