Where to begin? from non-working stoves, water that turns hot and cold frequently while you're taking a shower, beds with no linens , stained sofas, homeless people walking around and hanging out in the laundry room, concrete walls which you can hear through, people screaming and yelling all day, Constant sirens and police visits, expensive prices, and the office employees who don't give a crap about it. Then you have a drug dealers crackheads, hookers and crazy people all over the place. If you want to get robbed or raped or even killed stay here. I found a YouTube video of a woman who got murdered in one of these buildings. I've seen other locations that are even worse than the one that I'm staying in. If you're trying to get on your feet in Vegas this is not to place to be. The craziest part is I had called a nicer hotel and asked someone where they would recommend for me to go for a weekly rental and this was one of them he recommended. I also called the office and ask them if it was going to be OK for me I explained I was a single woman going to be living by myself. They later put an entire family next-door to me that was fighting every single day and night followed by crackheads on the other side of me who displayed some really weird behavior and are acting like they're planning to rob me or maybe even worse. Besides that the condition of the apartment is beyond horrible especially the fact that it is not functioning properly. I would never even think about staying in these places ever again. And I will do everything in my power to expose this.

There are so many reasons you should stay away from this place but it seems everyone else already posted the basics. I cant express how happy i am to know i will never come back to this place not even if they paid me. I wouldnt even work here, the workers make you want to go toe to toe with them from all the lies and drama they cause. If you have mail send it else where because you wont see it staying here. Staying here you will be ripped off, nothing is free you are playing for everything. If you dont believe all these reveiws then ask around and you will see the expressions and hear feedback. I feel im been way to nice to deal with all i have dealt with staying there. There were holes everywhere things were broken the floor was comming up, the toliet nevwr worked the water was cut off every other day. You get blocked in or out of parking spaces. I was informed that a few people sold drugs and that the manager was the provider. One of the managers seemed to always been in some males room if you know what i mean. Wifi sucked and was not free, the stress and flustration you may be going though has nothing on staying here. You would have to stay there for at least 20 years to build up enough rewards points for one item and not even to pay off your rent. Everything i was informed by thia place over the phone was a lie and wrong.
