Absolutely worst place to stay. Roach infested and disgusting.
Bad staff , bed bugs roaches. I told them I had bed bugs , they said the exterminator doesn't come till Friday.....

Where to begin? from non-working stoves, water that turns hot and cold frequently while you're taking a shower, beds with no linens , stained sofas, homeless people walking around and hanging out in the laundry room, concrete walls which you can hear through, people screaming and yelling all day, Constant sirens and police visits, expensive prices, and the office employees who don't give a crap about it. Then you have a drug dealers crackheads, hookers and crazy people all over the place. If you want to get robbed or raped or even killed stay here. I found a YouTube video of a woman who got murdered in one of these buildings. I've seen other locations that are even worse than the one that I'm staying in. If you're trying to get on your feet in Vegas this is not to place to be. The craziest part is I had called a nicer hotel and asked someone where they would recommend for me to go for a weekly rental and this was one of them he recommended. I also called the office and ask them if it was going to be OK for me I explained I was a single woman going to be living by myself. They later put an entire family next-door to me that was fighting every single day and night followed by crackheads on the other side of me who displayed some really weird behavior and are acting like they're planning to rob me or maybe even worse. Besides that the condition of the apartment is beyond horrible especially the fact that it is not functioning properly. I would never even think about staying in these places ever again. And I will do everything in my power to expose this.

I cant express how happy i am to know i will never come back to this place not even if they paid me. I wouldnt even work here, the workers make you want to go toe to toe with them from all the lies and drama they cause. If you have mail send it else where because you wont see it staying here. Staying here you will be ripped off, nothing is free you are playing for everything. If you dont believe all these reveiws then ask around and you will see the expressions and hear feedback. I feel im been way to nice to deal with all i have dealt with staying there. There were holes everywhere things were broken the floor was comming up, the toliet nevwr worked the water was cut off every other day. You get blocked in or out of parking spaces. I was informed that a few people sold drugs and that the manager was the provider. One of the managers seemed to always been in some males room if you know what i mean. Wifi sucked and was not free, the stress and flustration you may be going though has nothing on staying here. You would have to stay there for at least 20 years to build up enough rewards points for one item and not even to pay off your rent. Everything i was informed by thia place over the phone was a lie and wrong.

Management never really fixes anything then has an attitude when you complain. The general manager very rude also had my car towed while I'm high risk 8 months pregnant they didn't switch our rooms when our roof almost came. . they took a measly $6 off the rent and had us pay a new week two days later. This place is hell and a trap for those who know no better STAY AWAY I'll be contacting corporate .

This place should be condemned. It's so sad that people are being taken advantage of because they can't get out of that hell hole of a trap. I get physically ill whenever I see the Hotel signs. I can't believe this place can exist. If hell is anything like this...I'm on my knees saying prayers 24/7, cause this place is prelude to hell. SMH...ewwwww. It won't post if you don't give it a star...this needs to be improved...this place is a -------5stars.

Toliet rarely flushes right. The staff is extremely rude an also rejected a lot of my mail. First night here a room was raided by metropolitan police. Homeless constantly knock on the door asking for drugs. Tons of roaches an terrible swamp coolers for AC & Heat.
The mirror in the bathroom was broke.
Overall this is a disgusting place with horrible staff an scummy occupants DO NOT STAY HERE

First night i experienced gun shots, drugs being used all around me, I was so scared, the prostitution is outrageous, the people running things rent to criminals and murders, second night i experience gangs fighting and shotgun explosions, the third day went outside to leave and found my truck had Been vandalized every piece of glass had been broken out, there had been body damaged also totaling $7400 worth of damage, do not rent hear ONLY HUMAN TRASH belongs hear... mostly Crack dealer's, was scared for my life!!! Not to mention the bed bugs and roaches, the office made no attempts to contact me or report the vandalism, you will regret it if you rent hear!!!! and they claim to be clean and safe. first off im a single mother of two 3yrs & 10mo i moved here not planning to stay permanently, but to save so that way i can move into a home... i faithfully paid rent and lived in the unit for three months either i was a day or two late but nothing serious... ive had constant sewage backups since i moved in this is when s*** and everything else flushed down the drains... sewage came from the tub the toilets and the sinks this happened multiple times ruining over thousands of dollars worth of me and childrens belongings cherished that are not replaceable on top of that bed bugs roaches drugs... not at all a safe place to stay, not even for the night... for the constant damages i was forced to accept at the moment, i asked if they can comp me two weeks and a new room... they refused and offered four days.. said that was all they can do... i to take the four days on one occasion due to my mental state from the emotional distress of me not being able to make the full weekly rate due to not having a clean and safe work place for my clients to come and get their hair done... i stayed over the time planned due to having to spend more money on fast food the unit became stuffy and hard to breathe so i would spend money on trying to stay gone until it was time for bed, trying to keep myself and my children from the depression stress and me humiliation from our unit reeking all outdoors.... last straw was when they put the unit above me out for too many people in room they(the unit) in return flooded the apt. and it came down into my apt ruining everything that was left from the constant sewage leaks.. the roof caved in and everything was just a mess.... i was about a week past due for rent and they had nerve to keep asking for that i moved that day but am currently awaiting a court date to take legal action.... this was unfair to my babies ive had witness tell me what theyve done for them when theyve had these same or similar problems and one of these people are a single man with two dogs they re renovated his unit and gave him sever days free... the worst experience ever... ive never felt so low in my life

Cleaned up! No bugs of any kind. They spray regularly. Quiet can hear a pin drop. Area safe and convient location. Nice pool open year round. Real nice staff. They do have up todate apt. Available.I have no complaints. I highly recommend! No credit check no rif RAF!
