I have been here for 1 year, I haven't had the best financial run during the year and I have nothing but gratitude for the office and how they have allowed me to pay late the times I truly needed it. Marlene is AWESOME! They go over and beyond if tenants need something. All of our request were satisfied. We absolutely enjoy living here!!! Thank you guys for making our stay the best!

Under new ownership/management and it's a whole lot better than the lazy management prior. The last management did nothing and was very sloppy. This new company has a lot of problems they inherited from years of neglect. So far I have been happy with this new company because they are professional and actually cleaning up the place finally. Apparently they know what they are doing because they have many properties and I have been impressed with how quickly they started getting things fixed and opened. I have never been able to enjoy the amenities here because of the previous company not doing anything. I have been here a year and the new company finally got things opened in just a couple months of taking over. Still have not heard anything on the pools and that's a bit frustrating since its Vegas and the summer time. It was a bit chaotic at first with the switch and trying to reach someone in the front office but seems like things are finally settling down so I don't think it will always be a problem. I hope to see things continue to improve. I am just happy to finally see a property management company actual getting things done like the previous one promised when I signed my original lease yet they did nothing. Very relieved with Robinson group taking over. As far as roaches go, my apartment had roaches when I first moved in. I put some preventative treatments around while also keeping things clean... I am happy to say NO roach problem what so ever. The drains here are another story and a bit nasty. It's an old apartment complex that like I said before, was neglected for some time. So pest control is still something needed but I am happy to say I DON'T have a roach problem unlike what I read about in the comments.

What can I say these apartments have totally flipped around for the better! I use to live here 4 years ago and they have improved the outside and the inside! The office staff is so fun and polite. Selina was extremely informative about all the changes and upgrades to the property. I'm impressed.
