The Quarters at Laramie

The Social has been overall a good place to live with affordability and comfort. The new manager is very nice and the front desk workers are as well, I always felt welcome when I went to pick up mail. Wifi would cut out randomly. Maintenance was a bit of an issue sometimes, but the 3 stars comes more from the other residents around the unit. The walls are thin and it was very frustrating at times. There were parties being held until 3 am, cops had been called a few times. People screaming and shouting late at night as well as dogs. Overall residents needed to be held more responsible, which can be difficult for college students. The units have an odd shape which was frustrating for me personally because my room was right next to the kitchen, so be aware of what room you're assigned to. The renovations and plans that the new manager has are overall fantastic, and overall I enjoyed my stay. (Just be cautious about roommates and noise levels if you choose to stay here.)

I called in a dire situation and this girl Alta picked up and helped me out. Really set me up for success and I believe she was getting help from another girl named Payton. They are wonderful. Would recommend this place if youre looking for a living arrangement.

10/10 Alta and Payton did an excellent job getting me in and making the whole process easy and stress free.

I would give this complex higher than a 5 if I could. My time at The Social Laramie was excellent. The clubhouse had an arcade and movie room, gym, and hot tub and everything was extremely well kept and aesthetically pleasing. Tom is a very friendly manager here that provided me with flexibility to my lease. Whenever I needed anything I simply put in a work order and it got done within just minutes. The quality has gone up tremendously since The Social Laramie acquired The Quarters.
