Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Must be fixed and litter box trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. No dogs are allowed.

Applicant must make 3 times the rent for take home pay. There is a $35/adult application fee. Deposit is equal to the rent and is due at the time of the lease signing. No unpaid evictions or eviction within 5 years.
