Beautiful; modern; all-electric; playground for pets; nice neighborhood; close to Walmart, Meijer, ALDIs, Payless; 10 min walk to two bus stations; in-site washer drier. The only issue is electricity bill in winter which can vary from $100-$300.

Only place in town with a reasonably written lease. They gave me my full deposit back and didn't require any cleaning! They were quick to repair, and the units were very quiet. The only complaint is the heating/cooling costs without a heatpump, and the units with the 2nd bedroom that has 3 exterior walls, that room gets colder/hotter than the rest of the apartment but otherwise a great place to live.

Currently live in these apartments and LOVE THEM. Best place I have ever lived. I live here with my husband and our dog. They are clean on the inside and out. The maintenance services are incredible, the few times I have needed to put in a maintenance request it was taken care of that day or early the next. The management is kind and very helpful. The dog park is so convenient and "poo" free for the most part. They do all the snow removal and lawn care. We live in the 2 bedroom apartment with the slider door. The apartments are large, bright, and well maintained. I have never heard any noise coming from the college station apartments next door and out back faces them directly. The community is made up of grad students, young families, and older individuals. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
