I have lived at The Hive for almost 3 years now and I have loved every second of it. My first year here I lived in a 3 BR 3 BA with roommates and the last 2 years I have lived in a 1 BR 1 BA. The location is literally the best. You are close to campus and close to downtown/the old city. You also cannot beat the pricing here, especially for this area. Also, management is great. I have lived at a few different places around Knoxville and Kim is by far the best property manager I have had!! I would 100% recommend living here!!

I've been a resident for about 6 months, and it's been really nice living here, the staff is really nice and helpful, and they strive to make sure you have a beautiful experience living here

Ive lived here the past 2 years since going to UT and love it. Maintenance staff is very friendly, the building manager is nice and helps with any problems right away. The recent renovations have only made living there better

The Hive Is a great place to live! I've been here for almost a year now and can't think of anywhere else I'd rather live. Kim is awesome, and all the staff is super friendly. Repairs are prompt, rent is great, and they allow pets!!!

I've lived here for almost two years while finishing up my education at UT, and I am very happy with the housing. It is not super nice, but it is also one of the cheapest places in the fort to live. For the price, you get a lot of space, and I also think it's really good quality for the price. My only semi-complaint is parking, but it's free (you get a parking pass), HOWEVER, parking is never guaranteed. I have only had to park on the street like four times in the tow years I have lived here though. It is also in a noisy area-there are parties almost every Friday and Saturday, but that's going to be anywhere in the fort. Management and the maintenance workers are super great too!

I have lived in the Hive Apartments (formerly Prime Campus Housing) since I moved to Knoxville to attend UT in 2013. Even though I graduated two years ago, I've remained at the Hive because you literally could not find a better place in Knoxville. The location is perfect for students as it is walking distance to campus. It's close to market square, the happy holler, and the old city. Not only is the location great, but it is extremely affordable. The staff is fantastic! Kim is amazing! They are always happy to help, and maintenance is very responsive if you have any issues.
