My car was broken into. My apartment was broken into. Dog mess all over ground. No bags most of time. Beer cans and bottles laying everywhere. New manager. It's a college party for staff. Tight shirts,Short skirts,fake eyelashes. Look like prostitutes. Talking about bar life and partying. . Completely unprofessional. The one girl in office smells like a brewery. The front of building looks great. Go to back. Disgusting. Pool ran down. People doing drugs in bathroom at pool . Needles laying on shower floor.People partying drinking. Dirty, filthy,hair floating,bugs.Beer cans everywhere. Glass in pool. Not handicap accessible . Tanning center. Bulbs all burnt out. Nothing to clean it. Filthy. Health department needs to violate. DISGUSTING!!! Work our room. Nothing to clean it. Nasty. If you want to feel like you in the Fort. This is the apartment for you.

I've had multiple people over and they all comment on how much room there is. It's super quiet and everyone's been super helpful through the stress of having to move.

Literally the worst apartment complex in Knoxville. Its nearly guaranteed that you will have mold exposure. During my residency here my roommates and I had money stolen from us due to a staff member who was embezzling from residents. This was brought to our attention by the manger, Whitney. However, we were never reimbursed for this. Maintenance never failed to leave a mess behind after a mediocre repair. Roaches were everywhere (even upon move in). Moving into Elevation was by far one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

I lived here from June 2016-September 2017. Office was rude and incompetent. We had multiple requests to fix a light fixture that fell the second day we moved in. This was due to the fact maintenance didn't screw it in all the way after 15 months we were charged for it. We rented a washer and dryer from Azuma leasing the company they referred us too. Twice we had a spark and back feed burning the plug in cord and the adapter that it was plugged into. It took almost a month to get that fixed. Constantly the air conditioning would go out. They would not fix it immediately unless it was above 80 degrees outside. Problem was we both worked afternoons and evenings so we would come home and it would be 85 degrees inside but because it was 78 outside by the time one of us got home, we would be forced to wait till Monday. We finished out our lease with several more issues only to find out 8 months later we were sent to collections for a $900 bill we never received or got informed of. When we called them they said they emailed us. I never received an email and they never had my roommates email until 2 days ago when he asked for a copy of this bill. We were never called or contacted. These are only a few examples of the poor judgement and sensibility of Elevation Knoxville and elmington properties.

I have lived here for 6 years and have enjoyed the complex quite a lot. Every one in the office has always been super friendly and helpful. Overall quiet community and very little issues on my part. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to live.

Update after living here a few months: The dog poop situation has improved, though there are still some jerks who just think rules do not apply to them and there always will be. Maintenance is very responsive to issues. The second set of tennis courts (not by the main office) are in bad shape, but we love being able to play tennis without having to drive halfway across town. Our building, and the whole complex in general, is very quiet and that's wonderful. THE GOOD: The front office staff has been really awesome- very friendly and helpful staff. I've been living downtown the last two years and am so excited to have more square footage, walls and doors, a balcony, and quiet/privacy. I honestly expected a lot of noise and haven't heard a peep out of my neighbors. The "deluxe" units are much nicer than the older units. The wood laminate floors, plushy new carpet, and new appliances are great; overall the deluxe looks a lot more modern. I feel like we're getting so much more for our money now- we're paying less in rent and getting more space plus a ton of amenities for it. Excited to use the pool and tennis courts this summer. THE BAD: There is dog poop everywhere (though the office staff told me they're going to start DNA swabbing people's dogs so they can fine people for not picking up after pets). I've stepped in poop several times despite being cautious. The apartments themselves are old so all the fixtures are old and kind of flimsy. Parking is crowded, especially for visitors who have to hunt for a visitor-designated space.

First off let me say that this place is lazy, they say you have 72 hours to cancel for a full refund, but they take more than 72 hours to get back with you on an application so they make money from application fees by not returning them due to your negligence but how can it be your fsult if they are lazy and fail to get back with you on time, then they say well we are busy sorry. That doesnt help the fact that Im 200 dollars out. I guess thats how you help disabled veterans by helping them with their money. But seriously why you get to keep the money its just bs. Then they have fees that they dont tell you like for instance if you get a three month lease then hey will tell you after your approved that there is a 75 dollar monthly fee for a short lease, huh why not disclose this earlier make it clear because I had no idea until today when Blythe called me. I have left multiple voice mails and emails and got no returns for days I mean three four days. Work on your customer service skills because you dont have any. I hope this landlord and company can sleep good at night knowing they steal from freedom fighters. Have a great day!

A great place to call home! I have enjoyed living here and plan on staying for a long time! The staff is the best I have ever dealt with! The grounds are well kept. The area is very clean and has a very safe neighborhood feel. Really convenient to some awesome local eateries and hangouts and equally close to downtown and the lakes! Couldn't recommend it more!

I've been living downtown the last two years and am so excited to have more square footage, walls and doors, a balcony, and quiet/privacy. The very few maintenance requests I've had to put in have been taken care of in a timely manner. In fact, I had a leaking ceiling from the apartment above me on a Sunday. I called the emergency line and within 5 minutes someone was here to fix the problem. I think it's a great place to live! I also like that they put on little community events to meet new people!

I visited this complex 11/10/17 and was very impressed from the moment I arrived. The grounds were well kept and complex was very welcoming!! We walked in the leasing office and immediately greeted by two, lovely and professional ladies. After about ten minutes I learned the townhouse I was looking for would not be available in the time frame I needed, Im relocating from Northwest Indiana, but the staff went above and beyond to offer me other options by trying to think of other properties throughout Knoxville that may have what I need. In addition, I was provided a rental guide for area which was a huge help. I would definitely consider Elevation in my future!!

We loved living at Elevation Apartments. We needed a short term lease (3 month) which is hard to find-for a travel work assignment. I was hesitant to rent here because of all the negative reviews. But of all the apartments I called Elevation was the nicest and quickest to answer my many questions. I found out they were under new management and had newly renovated apartments so after lots of "looking around" decided to sign the lease here. We are very glad we did. The location is perfect, the girls in the office are wonderful, maintenance was quick to fix things. We used the amenities(pool, tennis courts, gym) almost everyday to get energy out of our 3 boys! We were sad to leave and would recommend Elevation to anyone needing a short term (or long) lease!

I have lived here for a year and a half. What Ive seen excellent staff, well kept landscaping, pest control sprayed every Friday per request (awesome) ,and service request are usually handled the same day! Only draw back is with having more experienced homes come with more ware and rare but its handled with efficiency and swiftness. So yes overall great place to live no drama just relaxed environment if your verge of picking somewhere else to live dont come live at Elivation ask for Whitney or Emily there the best!!!

Lived here for a year, won't recommend anybody, unless you like staying 5-9 days without A/C during hot season and management that would ask you to pay your deposit twice cause "they lost multiple paperwork during mangers change". Make sure you see your apartment through, because what they call remodeled is actually supposed to be called "repainted".

I lived in these apartments for a year. I can confirm what I've seen in some other reviews that repair and maintenance requests take FOREVER. We had repairs that We reported on our move in day that were never addressed in the full year we lived there. The office staff constantly seems like they have no idea what they're doing or what's going on. From my experience I think they are only concerned with getting bee tenants and once you're moved in they couldn't care less about you or your needs.

Bugs, repairs that will never be fixed, and incompetent office staff that will send you to collections without ever sending you a bill first. I lived at Elevation for a year, and had problems with their office staff the entire time. They got our move in date wrong, and I was forced to live on a friends couch while they tried to speed through renovating our apartment, only for massive repairs to still be needed, including the doorframe missing from a bedroom and nails sticking out of the wall. When we had a tub upstairs break a pipe inside of the wall and flood the kitchen, they took months to fix the damages, and even then it was a quick stucco patch instead of a proper fixing. Now, I'm getting calls from a debt collector saying that we owe them cleaning fees, but I never once received any bill from them. When I called, I spoke to an Emily Rowing who asked if they had my forwarding address on file. I told them that they did, which was obvious because the debt collector even recited it for me. Emily then said all they had sent was a single email to me. I told her I never got one, and asked why they didn't call me before sending the bill to a debt collector. She informed me that they had 350+ apartments and couldn't call everyone. I told Emily that they didn't have to call everyone, just the ones they were sending to collections. The honest truth is that these apartments could be nice. They're in a good part of town and are spacious, but the office staff is cheap and downright lazy when it comes to actually doing their job. Service requests will go ignored, and you'll be promised multiple community events without one ever taking place. Go here if you can't find anywhere else, but for the price, I'm sure you could find something else in town. It's not worth the hassle.

Completely disappointed with this apartment complex. Lived here for two years and although it was noisy, was satisfied. However, when it was time to move out I was denied a walk-through because the maintenance man was too busy. Today I was billed $524 for carpet and blind replacement...too bad I took pictures and videos as a precaution. The carpet had normal wear and tear and there were no blinds broken whatsoever. Already contacted the BBB. DO NOT TRUST THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!

If I could have done it all over again I would have lived on the streets. This place is terrible. The rent is outrageous for the quality of apartments. I have had to have the exterminator comes 4 times for roaches. They change management constantly. The maintenance service takes forever to get things done. The front staff never has a clue to what is going on. We have had one occasion where there has been gunshots near our apartment. Cabinets are falling apart. My back door leaks and doesn't shut which was never been fixed. A cracked front window that I told management about and now almost a year later still has not been fixed. Kitchen drawers falling out. They say newly renovated and all they did was throw some cheap paint on the kitchen cabinets and new carpet. The pools are disgusting. Not maintained at all. The dog park is a joke. They rarely cut the grass and there are dog feces everywhere. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Be smart and choose the streets.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Check my Google ratings...I've NEVER taken the time to leave feedback online. Yet here we are. Moved in July 2016. Apartment wasn't ready for live-in despite repeated trips to the office leading up to the lease start-date. It's now October, and the finishing touches (aka move-in punch list) STILL hasn't been completed despite weekly conversations with the office staff...who always act surprised that no one's taken care of the issues. After an upstairs water leak in August, the ceiling in my kitchen is still missing. Mold is growing in my cabinets, and the drywall is in complete disrepair. I've made weekly visits to the office trying to schedule repairs. We've even had regional management in our apartment. Still no progress. We're on our second local office manager, and neither one seems to be aware that the phone in that office will call out. Every promise made has been broken, and I'm quite sure they'll try to non-renew our lease as a result of my contact with their property management company. Moving into and living here have been a complete nightmare. It's a shame.
