Females only. Need someone who is cat friendly and nice to take over my lease and sublease from me. The lease goes until next October, 2021 but the lease is flexible and can be sublet again. This is a two bedroom, two bath apartment. My current roommate will continue to live there as I will be moving to pursue a career. She works often and is rarely home, when she is home cooking and hanging out with her cat are her favorite things to do.

The area is a prime location surrounded by local shops and access to public transits. A relaxing walk to the lake takes only 1o minutes. Free parking for you and your guests with garages available at an extra cost. Security cameras and locks are in place 24/7 so the building and area remains safe.

The building comes with many washers/ dryers, free wifi, cats/ dogs allowed and an elevator.

The unit itself is a two bed, two bath. You would have your own room, bathroom and a small storage closet. The living/ dining room is large and furnished along with the kitchen thats complete with a two sided sink, coffee maker and dishwasher. The apartment has 1 cat, Mars, and a beautiful balcony.
