we still live here till September. As of today 5/6/14 we have not been able to get the things fixed that we have complained about for about 2 months. if you are looking for a place that does not care then this your place.. we are seeing a attorney to get out of your lease as they are the ones that are not taking care of there obligations... please do your research before you pick you next place. we have even contacted the main owner with no response at all... main office is no help when you have a issue they just blow you off when you complain... And!! Do not believe in what you see in your advertisement......

Terrible place to live. People around here don't care about anyone. Blast their music thinking they own the place. Management doesn't care enough to make these people stop. They also never get the gates working. And if you need to get somewhere during the winter and there is any snow on the ground, forget about it. They don't do anything for the snow. You can't get up the hill to your apartment. If you don't mind smelling cigarette smoke or hearing loud people and their music, you might like it here, but if you want peace and quiet, go somewhere else.

PLACE EVER!! Got screwed when I left into paying 2 months more of rent. I guess you need to notify them 2 months in advance EVEN if you signed a 6 month lease. They just... didn't know! UGH! I then asked that they not bring it to court and I would pay steadily once my summer job ended. They agreed, less then a month later I heard that I missed my court date and my credit has since been in ruin. THIS COMPANY BLOWS. I have not been so cheated and poorly respected in some time. I really hope you don't ignore these comments like I did... it happens to everybody!

Never move here (ever) for the following reasons: 1. The walls are paper-thin. I could hear all three of my surrounding neighbors using the restroom. Which neighbor I could hear depended on which room I was in. 2. The community is lousy. The complex was in a neighborhood where no one cared how awful their property looked (overgrown trees, uncut lawns, trash all over). 3. The upkeep of the complex is awful. People are consistently throwing garbage everywhere. Things are consistently unkempt. The hot tub never worked, and the pool almost always had clumps of hair floating in it. The weight room consisted of a few out-of-date or broken pieces of equipment. I went to the weight room twice, by the way, and the pieces that were broken before remained broken. 4. Horrible management practices. Whenever I called and left a message, my calls were never returned. When I did reach someone, they were consistently snippy and impolite (and usually not helpful), no matter how polite I was. Example: After I moved out, I received a bill in the mail which listed a few charges which I questioned. I called to talk to the office, so someone could explain. After about two minutes on the phone, I was connected with a collection agency, and, after being transferred around to several people, I discovered that my bill had never been transferred there. I called the office back, I was told that the person I needed to speak with wasn't there. I finally gave up and paid the bill just to be done with these people. Although I paid two weeks before (and have proof), I was later contacted TWICE by the collection agency, who had been told I hadn't paid. I have never encountered such a horrible management practices IN MY LIFE. Extremely unprofessional.

I just moved in a month ago and this is absolutely the worst place to live. Tahita the manager of the complex friend (which I found out later they were friends) assaulted me and instead of stopping and staying with me til the cops showed up she locked up and left. She allowed a male put his hands on me not once but twice! I'm fumed that she will not give up the name of the male who assaulted me could be family or friend... but the other tenants that witnessed are outraged but they started telling me other things about Tahita and the rest of what goes wrong here. And because I don't know the name of the guy that assaulted me the police can't do anything til the case is assigned to an assault team. I will be there when the office is open and I will be demanding to speak with the boss and telling him everything that happened including her giving the guy my personal information as to where I lived. Do not rent here everything that is posted is absolutely true they make it look amazing on the outside but what good is that if you live in fear til the remainder of your lease?
