This is the newest addition to my fully furnished home listings! I have been renting to a lot of travel nurses with different wants and needs, so I have prepared this property and made sure that it feels like your home away from home.

Available as an Entire Home or Shared Rooms. The upper unit is occupied but is not sharing any spaces in the leased area. If you have a co-worker or you know someone, we can have you both as renters for each room and share the expense.

This property is pet-friendly and situated in the East Side neighborhood that has easy access to the highways. Three miles to downtown without using highways. It is easy to get to any fast-food chain, mall, or grocery store.

It is ideal if you have a big truck, camper, or even a motor home as the parking lot at the back is huge! You will have a private entrance, and a nice front porch.

Upon entering, you will be greeted with a spacious living room with a large couch and a large Smart TV. There is also a dedicated workspace so you can set up your laptop or a desktop computer and be connected to Wi-Fi. A lounge chair for hanging out is also available.

It has an organized kitchen with an oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven that you can use if you wish to prepare your home-cooked meals. Alternatively, there are many restaurants nearby that can deliver via Grubhub and Ubereats. Of course, there is a large dining set to enjoy your meal.

2 bedrooms with full-sized beds are separated by a bathroom with a shower & tub. Each room also has a space to hang your clothes and uniforms. Black-out curtains are available so you can sleep all day long!

The washer and dryer are available in-unit, so your laundry won't be a problem.
