The apartment is fully furnished, and you get your own bathroom. Base rent is $525/month with total utilities (water, electric, etc.) and cable averaging around $30/month. Amenities include a campus shuttle, washer/dryer, tvs, study room, game room, complimentary breakfast (with coffee machine ), and a fantastic staff. It is a four-bedroom setup at the Encore at Sam Houston. While you can have up to 3 roommates, rent is individually based. In other terms, you are responsible for just you.
