Amber is outstanding!! They have on-site maintenance that's a plus and they are on top of it! I have lived here a little over a year and any problem I have had has been fixed the next day or in most cases same day. Very safe, kid friendly community. Keep going what your doing!! It's great !!

Been living here for years!! The manager we have is kick ass!! They have cleaned up the park and it looks great!! I have seen many improvements in the whole park. Keep up the amazing job!!!

My family moved here about 2 wks now isn't bad and my boys enjoy the neighborhood. I really like the office lady Amber she was great to us. Hopefully all stays good.

Moved here in August of last year we were told that pest control was included however we were infested with roaches the whole time. I told the manager on numerous occasions of this but obviously they don't seem to care. I do strongly believe that the 4 times they did spray that it was with water and they only squirt 3 base boards and call that it. This property is truly a rip off. You are told it's a low move in deposit of $399 then when you go sign the lease all of a sudden you are paying an additional $200 over 20 weeks. If anyone is interested in a class action suit against the owner of this property let me know. They need to be stopped all they care about is making sure every unit is rented. When you pay weekly you are paying well over what the monthly rent you were quoted when first seeing the property.
