This place is like shit, the mantaince takes forever to cone and fix the problem, manager is rude as fuck, rent is extremely high and difficult for some people to pay weekly, roaches all over the place, u smell cat piss everywhere u go and everyday in ur trailor, the trailers are old as fuck, the manager makes sure her place is up to date with stuff no roaches and looks a lot better than the other trailers..... DO NOT COME AND LIVE HERE I'M MOVING THE FYCK OUT OF THIS ROACH INFESTED PLACE.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mother applied there and was approved for 850 monthly rent which she had problem with. When she went to talk about deposit, they said $999.00 deposit with first months up front. Which is fine. What they didnt tell her is the mail box fee and the key fee for your house, smoke alarm fee, $70 bucks for using electric till it's signed over to your name so it's $850 rent plus about $350 in fees a month. This is a program to help you get on your feet and better yourself. She told the she gets paid monthly, so they want rent weekly now. Seems like they are trying to screw people over.

I have been a resident of this trash hole for about 30 days. Don't bother keep walking this skanky piece of s*** hole does not deserve your even glance. The residents bunch of them are good. There are a bunch of nasty ass people especially that unit 212 211 and 210a. The 210 a is owned by a flunky of the management who thinks she does anything more than steal the air that I need to breathe. The one on the corner 212 is a wannabe some sort of something who's making it illegal on authorized work on a rat trap fire box that's a pedofile sits watching your and kids residences for hours ...... how would you like that. I lived in unit 210 for 30 days the worst f****** 30 days of my f****** life!

Straight trash, they take they time coming to repair things but quick to tell u get out if u don't pay rent on time. No empathy for others feelings. Str8 up rats roaches, holes in the floors, mold everywhere. They draw u in with the decent pic advertising n pool. Mold everywhere ppl getting sick. Stray cats galore that scratch up ur cars. Owner cares about nothing but the money. Our ac broke down had to wait 3 weeks to get fixed. Holes all in the floor. Furniture will easily sink thru. No monthly pest control. Roof leaks. The only nice I can say about this place is the pool. I don't ever advise anyone come live here, trust me you'll regret it. Ppl move out just as quick as they move in n they throw ppl out over the smallest things. Not a gd deal, trust me. Plus they got sex offenders living there too. Dope fiend managers, pay the maintenance ppl $30-$40 to clean n repaint units........ Watch ur kids!!!!!! too much drama the few months I was staying there. Good luck to whoever move in. Don't say I didn't warn u!!!!!!!

Layout is nice, nice pool that is to small for a park that large and it is never open. All moble homes need to be condemned, rent is way to high for what these poor people live in, all tenets pay for the price of a nice newer home. When in fact they are all dilapidated, roach infested dump's. Very poor management that lie to tents, miss use and abuse them for their own gain to get empty homes ready to rent. Having underage children work and paint without parents knowledge or compensation. (Criminal) I would hate to think the owner's know how it is run and allow it. They need to CLEAN house, from management to nicer home's after all that is what these poor people pay for. VERY SAD!!!!

When you walk through the streets of Forest Green Family Community, you can see roaches walking through the properties. My unit has holes that being these roaches into the home. We have been at odds with the office since August 2016 over the condition of this place but they are always too busy cleaning up after the other home that are abandoned on a month basis due to their condition. People move in and out so quickly that it is impossible to keep up with things. If you need a rental home, do not choose any place owned by Paul Chad Comingore

Wish I can give a half star. When my daughter and I moved in as our last resort from finding a place I had no idea they would treat us this way. Sleeping in the car would have been so much better than being here. Motel was too much at that time for us. We moved into a 2 bedroom home that was not clean. Spider webs everywhere, AC vent had not been changed in over 4 months. The price was way too much. Now they won't give me my deposit back. Now I have to get a lawyer. This is ridiculous. We had to move out before 12 noon. I worked the graveyard shift at the time and getting there at 8 in the am to sleep until 11am was not good just to get everything out but they didn't give us much time to get it to the trash I had small car that could only hold just what we had. Glad I didn't get any other furniture in there. The place was clean. We could take the trash to the dump due to time restraint so it was nice and neat on the patio. Now because of that I can't get my deposit back. I'm homeless with my daughter. How nasty to treat us this way. They need to be shut down.

Moved here in August of last year we were told that pest control was included however we were infested with roaches the whole time. I told the manager on numerous occasions of this but obviously they don't seem to care. I do strongly believe that the 4 times they did spray that it was with water and they only squirt 3 base boards and call that it. This property is truly a rip off. You are told it's a low move in deposit of $399 then when you go sign the lease all of a sudden you are paying an additional $200 over 20 weeks. If anyone is interested in a class action suit against the owner of this property let me know. They need to be stopped all they care about is making sure every unit is rented. When you pay weekly you are paying well over what the monthly rent you were quoted when first seeing the property.

The trailers are all from the 1970s and full of black mold and falling apart.There "repairs" are quick and cheap, the water goes off at least 3 times a week for hours at a time. The trailers all surround there "septic pool" treatment plant and it smells like shit LITERAL in the summer heat. The kids that live in the park roam the streets of the park all hours of the night and bang on everyone's doors and run..scream, fight in the streets. It is the ghetto on steroids The cops are in the park no less then once a day for fights, drugs..you name it. There ads promise you the great place to live when it is actually one of the worse in the country.

You have children running around that are of the ages of 3 and up till 11pm or later. When you asked the office to fix something it would take them days,weeks or even months to fix a simple task. I don't recommend this place for anyone. They do not know how to run a trailer park and keep things in order. I had things stolen out of my yard. I had friends leave there homes and come back and things are missing. This place should be shut down. The chick in the office is rude and doesn't care about anyone but her self. I don't even give this place a star.
