By Caro Franco, July 07, 2018 The service was good and the people are fast but there is a problem with the app right now, they charge you but once you get there your order doesnt appear on the system or whatever. They will asked you for your code so make sure you get a screenshot. I wasnt the only one there was at least 2 other people with the same problem so ... just be extra carful. They give me my order tho and the girls were nice so not complains on the restaurant but the app isnt working so be aware.

I had ordered extra Mac sauce on the side as usual, instead of the side they put it on my burger (yuck) so then they replaced the burger and when I asked for my side of mac sauce (that I paid for) I was told they don't have that and there was nothing they could do about it. We were in the drive through so my husband went in to speak to the manager and when he walked in he saw the side of mac sauce sitting on the back counter. He asked if that was our side of sauce and the McD worker rolled his eyes and almost threw it at my husband! The food was cold by the time we ate it! Very poor customer service and due to the poor serve they also have cold nasty food.

The great thing about eating at some of the McDonald's has been them remodeling there store's and they are putting Large flat panel TVs in so you can injoy watching news and cooking show's.

Most of the time the line's be too long inside and drive through and sometimes the trips ARE TOO short of a delivery after YOU have driven more miles 2 get to Mickey D'S. Called the restaurant to complain, and I was actually shocked they were apologetic for the inconvenience. I spoke to 2 people, and Lucy did tell me that I will be given a free meal next time I come. So that is why I gave them the 3 stars! Thank you Lucy!
