There was hardly a time where all the machines in the laundry room worked or didn't eat your money. The place is crawling with bugs. Barely there for a few months before we had to have them come spray . Worked for MAYBE two months. Roaches were back. As a little parting gift, I now have bed bugs at my new apartment. Had to get rid of both of my beds, one of them wasn't even in the apartment!!!! AND a lot of my possessions. Never had that issue before living there. Just terrible. Wish there was an option for NO stars.

Most predatory renting I've ever seen. They make you sign your lease in blood and then shut off your water whenever they feel like it. I'm sure if you read the gigantic 20 page lease carefully enough, they could take your first born child for not paying rent on time. Talking to them is like Talking to an overlord from a cheesy dystopian 80's flick. I've personally seen them threaten an old man with eviction who had paid his rent, then it happened to me as well. Their legal team must be based out of Texas or Dubai for tax purposes, I was served court summons on rent that was paid and I had physical proof that it was paid. It's so bad I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to evict me for writing this honest review.

RUN FAR AWAY! I lived there for 3+ years. Had mice, my first unit flooded and I moved to an upgraded unit on the second floor. After that, I had serious issue with roaches and then got bed bugs. That building is literally infested no matter what type of pest control they promise.

Not the worst apartment complex in the area, but certainly near the bottom. Primary concern; they communicate that something (maintenance/renovations) is going to happen at one time, and then it happens at a completely different time. Water is shut off frequently and even when it is on it is sketchy at best. I have had notification posted on my door that maintenance was going to enter my house less than three hours before they did it. Current renovations are taking twice as long as they should. If the fire department needed to find my apartment they would have to count the doors and guess which one is mine because there are no numbers on my door. Receiving packages is a crap shoot. Parking is atrocious. Welcome to Colorado! The apartment lobby owns this state. If people won't do the right thing of their own accord, the right thing cannot be forced.
