I have lived here for about 5 months ! Bianca is amazing !!!! Got me in and worked with me till we found the unit for my family ! Not only did she make sure me and my kids were good. She makes sure the park stays clean everyday!!! And always checks on my wife to make sure all was well even after we moved in!

I lived here for about 3 months ! Bianca was amazing !!!! Got me in and worked with me till we found the unit I was in love with ! Not only did she make sure me and my kids were good she always makes sure the kids in the community are good ! She takes time out of her own day to make sure the park stays clean !!! And always checked in on me to make sure I was well after my move in ! She is super professional and very caring ! If I had to go back here I would bc I know that I will be good as well as my kids

NEVER NEVER NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I put a deposit on a specific property. They were supposed to hold the property for a week. I went back less than a week later with the rest of the money to sign the lease and get the keys only to be informed that they rented it to someone else. Then when I try to get my deposit back they told me I had to write in to their corporate headquarters explaining why I think I should get my deposit back. They are super Shady and don't know how to do business! Please be aware before you give them any money. The place is a complete dump. They're mobile homes that they advertise are nothing like what's in the picture. They look like they're about to fall over!!!

Nothing as described in the ads. places are way over age an would not be safe to live in if their were a sever storm. Places will not most likely be eligible for renters insurance on age an area. If there were a storm an place was hit, you would be out of everything you had an no way to get it back. Beware when speaking to People there. Only Noticed young people. Pics are not of the park that was visited, pics shown are what appear to be from a building manufacture place not anything what was on property. Most defiantly dedicated to families, would appear that most are young an starting out with kids.

This place is awful! It's full of little kids who try to be thugs and there's a million cat's running around! Not to mention the price is outrageous for these old broken down 1970's trailer's!! They only have small bedrooms, one a/c Unit for a whole place, no drawer's, cockroaches running around everywhere, no place to put anything and the room's are a 100 BC they don't bother to put AC units in them!!! Don't move here save ur money and don't move to one of their other 13 Parks!!

This MHP seems to be part of a conglomerate around the Tampa Bay area. They proudly boast of 14 locations but they have had my $400 "hold" deposit since Feb 10, 2017 without providing a liveable rental abode. I was rudely given a piece of paper with an address on it (when I asked about said deposit) and was told that I had to request it in writing. I wanted to convey my disappointment in the customer service portion of my experience and the shock I felt when a property was rented right out from under me. WHILE I WAS PROCURING THE CASHIER'S CHECK that was necessary when signing the lease. However that address was a UPS store at Providence and Lumsden Avenues. BEWARE!!!

I recently moved out of a rental here and I'm warning everyone stay away from these people. The park is run by the same people who run 14 other parks in Tampa including Glennwood, and Countryside Village, and they are slumlords. I wanted to go somewhere without a year long lease because I was planning on buying my own home soon. Everything seemed okay until a month after moving in. Here are some pros/cons of living here I'll start with pros since its the shortest. Pros: They will rent to you if you have an eviction, the mobile homes aren't connected like apts are, some have backyards. Cons: The rentals are very old and broken down, rent randomly increases, the water gets shut off suddenly quite often and you won't know about it until you try to use the water, no actual pest control is done even though you pay for it, rentals have roach, ant, and mice infestations, maintenance is a joke and never really fixes anything, rentals have bad insulation, when you try and pay rent you have to sit in the heat for extended periods of time while the property manager does everything else but take rent, a lot of stray and feral cats all over the park they go to the bathroom all over the place and dig in the dumpster, drug use I have found needles and a pipe throughout the community including in my own yard, police are called out frequently, property manager doesn't care about anything but herself, upper management is no help either Joy who is the district manager is worse then the property manager, and rent is very high for how bad these places are. After I moved out they refused to give me back my deposit claiming I damaged the property because the a/c unit wasn't working at the time I left. I had put in a maintenance request 2 weeks before moving in to get them to fix the a/c but they wouldn't send anyone claiming maintenance was busy getting rental ready for new tenants. Stay away from this place!!!

Lived here for nearly a year paid ridiculously over 980 a month for a nasty 3b 2b It's Gross... And it was weekly payments only so when it came to the extra week in the month I paid over up to 1000... Roaches and ants everywhere. You tell them and they don't care... Get prepared to be sick all the time because of how nasty these units are. Don't even look here. Not worth the time and effort. They fix stuff unprofessionally. Mantience lady had a key to my unit and opened my door without asking. While i was inside. There was so much violence and drugs throughout the neighbrahood. The landlord is rude as ever and the manager is a rich cheap scape. Make sure you call code enforcement before even considering about looking at any units. Couldnt tell you how many times ive seen cops get called out. I have even called them out myself. The cops never do anything to stop crazy stuff going on on the neighbrahood. Not a safe place for kids at all. Happy I got out of there!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting. Moved in from out of state the place I got hadn't been cleaned, there's bugs everywhere and mice and rats! I refused to move any furniture in because of them, I've had to contact code enforcement and fair housing. Management is just as disgusting as the homes. That's including upper management. Ive done property management for 3 years before moving out here and have never seen such a slumlord company.

I stopped by this place looking for an available rental. The property manager was quite rude and told me to fill out an app. I asked if I could see the place before I took the time to fill out an app and she said no. So I sat through about 15-20 minutes of talking and then was shown the rental. It was not ready at all so I'm not sure why they showed it to me. It smelled. There was a rusty and broken down piece of equipment inside at the front door (looked to be an air conditioner of some sort). There were dead roaches and dog poop on the floor in the living room and the place was not at all nice. The woman also kept insinuating that if I kept drugs in the trailer that she wouldn't need the cops because she would be coming through my door with a Louisville Slugger (baseball bat). I have tried to reach the owner but keep getting passed off to the woman who I initially had the problem with (Joy). This place is a scam and I have read about them all across the internet. I was rent this mobile home, I was unhappy with this, They cost me more for pets and I did paid for once but they want more ! NOT COOL. They got not good grass because I take my dog outside and few weeks later , my dog got worse sick and I decided take her to veterinary and they say that my dog is allergy suffer because of they got awful grass and my dog passed away about few months later. They got too much roaches! sometimes we need to fix something in mobile home got little broke and we decided asked them for fix they kept say tomorrow never happen and not show up NEVER! we hate to waiting so long!! they got bad front and back doors are awful! can be easy open SMH! I will say this NOT a good place for you all! one thing my husband and I was first time in this place and they say we have to pay rent about $780.00 but one month later they want us to pay $945.00, we was shocked and asked them why is that? they say oh this our first time to pay rent. We was like oh ok and we was accept to pay for that. then waiting till one months later they want us to pay rent about almost $980.00! we was decided went that office and asked them why is that? they say because.... blah blah blah blah whatever we never heard that before! I bet they want our MONEY! they got terrible company! DON'T GO THAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!! they just smell MONEY like $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ they not really care of you all !!!!!! what a terrible place that I been in there!!!!!!!!
