Inigos Crossing was recommended to me by a friend who raved about the Bethesda property. I decided to check out the property because I was on the fence about relocating, and felt a change of scenery might be good for my family. I decided to call for a walk through appointment. I was fortunate to be connected to Ian Pillai. Ian was so nice from the time he answered the phone. He agreed to meet with me the same day for a tour of the property. He was extra accommodating because I was arriving later that evening, yet he agreed to wait for my arrival. Upon my arrival, I was immediately impressed with the property. The grounds were neat, clean, and welcoming. Ian was just as nice in person as he was over the phone. He was very throughout in his tour of the grounds, and was open and transparent with me regarding my needs. Ian showed me all the property had to offer and ensured me that my family would be comfortable transitioning to Inigos. Ian remained patient with me as I toyed with the decision to sign on with Inigos, allowing me time to work out any kinks. Ultimately, I did sign on with Inigos Crossing. Ian has continued to be very helpful during my stay, providing assistance with any situation that comes up for my family. Although I appreciate the kind demeanors of all the front office staff, Ian has remained genuine and always ready to help. He always speaks when we see him in the halls, even when hes on tours with potential residences. Mustafa has also been very helpful on many occasions. I do intend to resign for another year with Inigos, as the lifestyle here has made things so much easier for me and my family. Ieasha W- Real Tenant

One of the most amazingly serene & Peaceful setting we have ever lived in. Inigos Crossing has proven themselves as one of best communitys that can be accepted by all families. Have already decided to extend my lease well into my first 2 weeks here. Great Team in office, grounds are kept clean & well presented. My son loves your workout room. And the whole community seems friendly. When you work hard & can come home to a peace of mindthat is all that matters. Thankful for opportunity to embark on such a beautiful space, has its twerks here and there to be fixed, but overall thus far love where we are.
