Hi everyone! I need to sublease my room in a gorgeous 3bedroom/1.5bathroom house in the Pleasant Street neighborhood for June and July.
Rent is 450/month, excluding utilities (which usually average 70). But I'm willing to negotiate on price
Both the room and the house are fully furnished
It's walking distance from campus and downtown
One of my roommates will be living in the house. She's a very kind, helpful grad student.
My dates are flexible so if you want to move in up to a week early/move out up to 2 weeks late, I can let you do that for free
There's a washer and dryer in the house, and the kitchen is fully equipped
