It's only a stone's throw down the canal to the open Estero Bay, then just minutes to the Gulf. A huge dock runs the full width of the property where you can dock your boat. There's a huge, wonderful two-level wooden deck sitting out back on the canal filled with comfortable outdoor furniture for entertaining or relaxing while soaking up that beautiful Florida sunshine. Of course, there's a nice big BBQ grill to cook up a few steaks or all that fish you catch! When its time to retire, head to the four bedrooms to keep you and your family resting peacefully. Bedroom #4 is on the opposite side of the house and is considered the Master Bedroom, which has a King-sized bed, its own TV for late night viewing and its own En Suite Full Bath with tub/shower combo.
