I am nearing the end of my lease at one of this establishments townhomes. I will have lived here for one year. The unit itself is of rather poor quality. The appliances are all old and small, the kitchen sink takes 5 minutes to get warm water, the carpets are worn and desperately need replacing, all of the interior bedroom, bathroom and closet doors have lose door handles and do not always remain closed, and after asking maintenance to replace what was worn and basically non-existent weather stripping around the front door, it no longer remains closed without the deadbolt. More importantly that all that however is the fact that they have no regard for the terms of their own leases. I came home today to find a piece of paper on my door indicating that maintenance was in my apartment during the day. I never gave them permission to enter, nor did my roommate. Twenty-four hour notice was not given, they simply entered the apartment, on their own, in direct violation of the terms of the lease agreement. The violation of privacy aside, my roommate has a 9-month old puppy, who was thankfully at doggy daycare today or he would more than likely be gone, probably for good. This company does not deserve your money. There are two other apartment complexes within walking distance of here, Sun Valley and The Landmark. Do yourself, and any pets you might have, a favor and look there or really anywhere else instead. Round two of these people's incompetence: I came home from work today to find a slip in my mailbox telling the mail carrier that my apartment was vacant...I will still be living at this address for another month! I wondered why I received two notifications from Amazon earlier this week that packages were undeliverable...Now I know why!
