Hey it's a place to live. But it sure the heck is n where near what they claim it is. Sure there's a golf course,but has nothing to do with the property and probably the only Maintained area near here. Place here is filthy. People are rude. Dealers everywhere constantly. The buildings are run down and no one ever seems to have answers to any questions. Been about a month since moving in and still nothing has been done in my apartment. Pool is only open when someone is in office if at all. Some days it's never open. Yet you have a pool fee you pay and never once do they tell you that the pool is only open when they feel like opening it. About to see if there's other properties I can transfer my lease to, because this is definitely not a well kept nor maintained area at all.

My girlfriend currently lives at these apartments earlier this week something broke that has to do with the heat, so the entire apartment building has no heat. Temperatures outside have been in the negatives and to have no heat in an apartment building is outrageous! Other than having no heat in her building there are many other problems that she reports and are never fixed. Management does not care about their tenants - do not live here!

This has been the rudest and worst place I have ever lived. They don't fix things they say they will. The manager is rude and uncaring of residents. The work they do on the apartments is basically for show and it will all look like poop 2 months after you move in. There is mold in every building not just my own. Covering it up with paint or plaster doesn't fix the problem. You don't have 24/7 access to get your laundry done like they promote. Just in my unit they haven't fixed one of the two washers and I moved in 9months ago. I have never had to deal with such incompetence from adults in my life living here. And they are raising rent if I choose to stay which is a joke since they can't fix what's needed to begin with! My list goes on. Do not live here if you want no stress

The women in the office are rude and unprofessional. Took over a month and half to get my $150 money gram to hold an apartment . Plus whenever I would need to speak to someone to check on the status of my application to rent from them, it took over a week to get a email response and phone responses where not any better the way they would talk to you over the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM THE FAIRWAYS! Don't waste your time on people who can't even answer the phones.

I have lived here for close to two years now. I love the location of my apartment which is at 2325 Traceway. I don't have anyone complaining about my son who has Autism, and at times for no reason he will let out a loud sound that mimics a desperate cry for help. The pool is nice in the summer, but some strays try to enter with no pool pass. Up to us tenants to fix that issue. I wish somewhere between these buildings there could be a park for the children to play on. I guess that would bring more harm then good, because some tenants might think of it as a place for to let their dogs run around. That is also the down fall to staying here. Many of the tenants walk their pets without a leash. Really I never had known technology has advance to reading the mind of an animal. My son Autism has him cooing dogs from a distance, but getting close will have him running for his life. I do however since my knees are bad, must not give up my search for the Apartment of my dreams were I can either have a washer and dryer hook up, or have one in the unit. Need to wash a few clothes now, but no money until the end of the week. I have a 2 bedroom, and 2 bath which is quite nice. They are reasonable with repairs, but mostly patch up work, some satisfy the area and makes the apartment inhabitable while if I was owner I would gut and redo it correct. Just can save a lot doing it correct the first time around. Unlike most other landlords who wants to even apply the 3 times the rental rate law to section 8 recipients that will so not be the case here which was a blessing in disguise. I just need to find something that would be closer to the school my son is attending, or close to another great school.
