I lived here for a full year. I was happy with the quietness of the neighborhood and the proximity to shopping centers, banks and buses. However, I was unhappy with the managers entry into the units. He entered units whenever he wanted. The notice he gave did not leave the tenant any choice to decline or consent the visit. At one point representatives of PSE (Puget Sound Energy) came to the complex and were let into every unit to check appliances and hand out free devices. No one could decline the visit. Also at the time of moving, William came to inspect my unit about 20 days ahead of the move of course with a notice that did not leave any room for declining visit. Although I spent an entire day cleaning my apartment including the refrigerator and the bathroom, the moveout inspection showed them as needing to be cleaned. It was as if someone went over the list checking "needs cleaning" on every option. This resulted in keeping my entire security deposit and and me paying an additional 20 dollars. I wasted my time cleaning an apartment and still lost all my deposit.
