Ive lived in McKenna Estates for a little over a year now, and have really enjoyed living here. Very large floor plans and clean units, within walking distance of Autzen Stadium and Alton Baker Park. And the apartment manager, Laura, is just great. Shes so kind, sweet, and helpful. I moved from Texas to Oregon last year, and Laura did everything she could to find me a great apartment at a decent price as fast as she could (she probably deserves a raise at this point). I highly recommend McKenna Estates because their probably one of the best apartment complexes in Eugene.

I have lived in McKenna Estates for 13 years & like it very much. Large clean units, has a great manager & maintenance man. I've been through 5 managers since I first moved here. Laura is by far the best of the bunch! Anytime I need anything fixed, Robert is there to fix/repair items pertaining to my apartment in a very timely manner. Because of Laura & Robert, I've chosen to stay in McKenna Estates.

I am currently an international student at the University of Oregon. This is my third year living in McKenna Estates. To be honest, this is the best apartment ever in Eugene, Oregon. They have a great lovely manager. The price of the apartment is absolutely affordable as a student. As an apartment, the room is pretty big. The bus stop, which can send you to the University of Oregon directly, is near the apartment entrance. Also, security is on duty at night, if you study late in UO library and come back late, don't be afraid to walk alone at late night, security will protect you. The neighbors are great, they are friendly. For those of you who wanna live in a relatively safer, better, quiet and cheaper place in Eugene, McKenna Estates is probably a good choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
