Pleasant apartments in an excellent location. Units are old, especially kitchens, and come totally empty. Great pool and barbecue area and private patios!

Pricey, but management works with all sorts of situations. Even though they are owned by Umbrella Properties. Management got me in quickly and have efficiently taken care of any problems I have had.

Apartments are typical old apartments (look like a cheap motel on the outside), nothing is fantastic, except maybe the pool, in the summer. It is next to a nice gradeschool, fairly new. Downside is the type of people who live here & in the neighborhood. I wouldn't trust anyone to keep my door unlocked, but I suppose that's everywhere.
